I recieved the expected product. Great!🤪

Recebi a encomenda de um produto (no valor de €28,15) e apercebi-me de que não era aquele que pretendia. Decidi devolvê-lo e remeti para o endereço que vinha na caixa da encomenda. Acontece que não verifiquei se era aquele endereço o que constava na página das devoluções. A encomenda foi entregue no cabeleireiro Eden, cujo site remete para a loja online em que fiz a encomenda. Aliás, foi através do cabeleireiro que conheci o site de vendas online Eden.
Apesar de, a encomenda, ter sido entregue a 16 de julho de 2024, a Eden diz não ter recebido e não procede à devolução do meu dinheiro (mesmo eu tendo pago €11.53 de portes de envio). Estão a dificultar todo este processo que é bastante simples. Eu tenho os documentos do envio por CTT Expresso e os comprovativos da receção.

Consegna avvenuta velocemente e imballaggio e prodotto integri. Ho già acquistato in passo e continuerò a farlo .

Ich habe zwei Conditioner bestellt, aber sie sind nicht angekommen. Das ist sehr schlecht. Ich habe mehrmals E-Mails geschrieben, aber niemand antwortet.

Jeg er lidt i tvivl om produkterne er ægte. Klistermærkerne sidder lidt skævt og det var ingen forsegling på produkterne. Har andre oplevet det ?

Contente d'avoir trouvé le produit que je cherchais mais dommage que la livraison ait pris autant de temps avec GLS...

I have ordered Lola Cosmetics products from this webshop. Although the ordering platform looks a bit outdated, everything went well, I ordered on 14.06 and have received my parcel today, 24.06, in Croatia (they shipped from Malaga, Spain). The order has been shipped immediately on 17.06, i.e. the next business day (I placed the order on Friday evening), so the rest of lead time was on the delivery company (for me it was GLS) and it took 6 business days. Not bad at all, considering the distance!
I am leaving this positive review, because I had pretty hard time after ordering and reading negative reviews here, wondering if I let myself into scam 😅

Received my product and happy with the service. I received samples to hair care products which was a lovely suprise. I will definitely be ordering again!

If you want your product to arrive at your home very quickly, perhaps this is not the best choice. If, on the other hand, you are not in a hurry and can wait a few weeks and want to save a little and it all works out well. note I live in Switzerland
Note2: Trust Pilot sent me a request to review the site after only 10 days when the product had still not arrived at my home… so I advise those who wrote that they had not received anything to take it with a grain of salt

Livraison beaucoup trop longue .... 15 jours d'attente pour une commande qui était prévu de cadeaux d'anniversaire... Et n'est donc pas arrivé a la date prévu. Je commande depuis quelques mois sur ce site mais cette fois j'ai vraiment été très déçu car ce retard a gâché le cadeaux prévu pour cet événement

Le produit est arrivé explosé et ça fait plus d'un mois que je me bats pour être soit remboursée soit pour avoir un autre produit. Ils font la sourde oreille. C'est un scandale! À éviter!

El producto vino sin el dispensador y medidor que, por referencia a la foto del sitio online, estaba incluido.

Aún no lo he utilizado pues debo conseguir un medidor para poder preparar la mezcla según las instrucciones.
