The shop is excellent with excellent prices.I took professional conditioner and hair mask.Everything came well packed and even the lids are sealed with tape.The only thing that upset my order is the delivery service GLS, a disgusting service.I ordered home delivery.They did not deliver the parcel, but delivered to the branch, which is very far away and without a car you can not go there.I had to find someone to take me there.Shop definitely recommend, if they can send another delivery service.

Ich finde das sehr unprofessionell und enttäuschend, da ich mehr Unterstützung bei der Lösung des Problems erwartet hätte.

The day after order confirmation seems the access to personal area was not working. No shipping information was available. Don’t worry the day after I received e.mail with all information needed and expected delivery date to home.
I’m satisfied, good service, good price.

My order has still not arrived. Not sure why I am being asked to rate a service with this in mind.

I placed an order that was paid for and confirmed, but the product was never received. Initially, I was informed that the item was damaged during transport. Then, Edenshop asked me to pay for the transportation fees to ship a new item! I refused and requested a full refund. It's unreasonable to expect a customer to cover transportation costs for a shipment that was already paid for, especially when the damage occurred during transit. I would advise others to avoid this company.

La spedizione è stata veloce ma l'imballo del pacco assolutamente inadeguato, il prodotto è stato messo nella scatola senza nessuna protezione, la scatola è arrivata completamente acciaccata rischiando di danneggiare il prodotto.
