I had a problem with my delivery as the bottle was broken Send photograph of it sent it to Edenmills got a very quick response and was informed that my order will be replaced and will be with me the following day

Delivered on time for my son in law’s birthday - thank you so much. I’m sure he will enjoy it.
Update - I’ve been told it is absolutely delicious! Sadly not had an opportunity to try it myself, but my daughter has said the tasting notes on the website are very accurate

Prompt & safe delivery. Lovely design of Bottles & packaging of Whisky & Gin. Website can sometimes be a bit tricky with accepting offer codes at Checkout & occasionally freezes but this is improving.

It was not easy to buy online
It was not easy to buy online. They use DPD to deliver. The driver in my area refuses to deliver to me. If Eden Mill wants my business, they need to use a different courier!
