This site is amazing, it took me from two finger typing to 70+wpm touch typing and now I am super confident on keyboards. Yes it is tough and you do have to put the work in and be accurate with your typing, but that is what this is all about. Why pay a premium price to learn to touch type when this exists for free. Great work.

I don't like the app due to all the ads that get in the way of what I am trying to see and I just hate this stupid teacher who make me type on this app

I prefer the format and the feel/look of this free typing website over others. I am almost 40, and just a week or two set me on the right path. No looking ;) Try it with your eyes closed.

Why would you expect people to type at their normal speed when there are tonnes of quotation marks and numbers that are supposed to slow down our typing speed, just give us a break and lower the passing wpm in these cases smh.
and the lag is a pain in the back, by the time the letters show up as wrong, I am already on the next word. all just a scheme to make people buy the premium version.
and the fact that there are so many times when I finish typing at the passing speed and the program deliberately lowers my speed by 1 wpm just so I don't pass and have to do the practice again is absolutely ridiculous
And why does my speed slow down so much whenever I make a typo and do backspace, because there is absolutely no way it made that significant of a difference, I'm here to learn how to type quick, but then here I am doing an accuracy test

The difficulty of the levels increases slowly but allows a good learning of typing. For the moment, only the learning exercises are in French but not the stories. I would like to see a feature arrive which is the fact of carrying out a typing test as some simple sites do. Regarding the after-sales service, it is at the top. Thanks to Emilie for answering and solving my problem.

I don't love and like this program because it says some "helpful advice" on one lesson, and then not say that helpful advice on the next, it would say the opposite. AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE "BASIC LEVELS" , WHERE IS THE BASIC!!?

Since long I wished I could learn typing, but thought it was impossible, and too late (I'm sixty-five.) But I tried, however, and I'm really glad I did : in the eight months that I have been exercising, I have made incredible progress ! I no longer have to look at my hands to type properly, and typing is quite as nice as playing piano ! Thank you, and love from France. Bertrand.

on start, it's easy but 60wpm?? THE WORLD RECORD IT'S 60wpm. it's wery hard and the creator of edclub is gay

Starts out easy, but when you can't pass because you cant type SIXTY WPM (BTW, I was 12 when I did this.) and are going to get a big fat 0 on your edclub typing test for school, you no longer feel like "Typing is easy!" and feel like "I hate this and never want to type again!"

Rare to find such excellent customer service these days. Every single question I have asked has been answered promptly, with knowledge and genuine care.

Foe me, good response is 90% of what keeps me happy as a consumer. I'd rather have an "good" service with excellent customer relations, than an excellent product with mediocre or nonexistent customer service.

In this case? Excellent produce AND Excellent Customer Service!
