Ripped off?
Ripped off? Ordered online and paid. Auto generated email saying order received and will advise when shipped. (Website suggests dispatch will be in 2-3 days.) Then silence.
Responding to email bounces back. Clicking email address link on website directs you to the website hosting company not the vendor. Filling in 'contact us' form on website does not illicit any response of any kind. Phoning several times just goes unanswered.
Manually typing in email address from website and sending email politely asking for update on order goes unanswered several times.
Customer care and communication is either woefull or this is a scam.
It is now 23 days since they took my money and no communication, no product arrived.
If I have still had no written communication from this company within the next week, I will consider legal proceedings to recover my money.

I was happy with the heater in the end
I was happy with the heater in the end, but it took nearly a month for it to arrive, there was very little communication, and what there was was not great.
I had already ordered and received a different heater from elsewhere as Ecowarmer said they were going to refund me, and then a month on it arrived

I learnt about Eco Warmer from a friend who has one and she was raving about it. It’s so easy to use, you just plug it in and off you go. The controls are simple and the heat is well spread….it makes me feel so cosy and warm. It’s low cost to run and I am happy when I use it.

I came accross an advert for this heater whilst just surfing. My heating bill has gone through the roof recently, so thought I would try it. Astonishingly effective personal heater. Why is nobody else using this technology. Once I got my head around how it works I'm totally toasty in front of the TV now or at my desk, at about a tenth of the cost of my electric fan heater. I even took it into the office last week. Fantastic thank you. Expect more orders from my jealous office mates.
