From start to finish the process was professional and efficient. Booking was made quickly and driver arrived on time. The collection was carried out in a quick, friendly manner. Would highly recommended.
From start to finish effortless transaction. Data Theft is always the worry when using third party recyclers, However Ecosystems Retail made the whole process seamless and provided me with the step by step Data security protocols which gave me full assurance.
From collection, friendly and extremely helpful skilled staff members. To finalising my IT asset report and providing me with full track and trace on every single item collected!
The best in customer support nothing was too much trouble.
Rest assured we will never use another recycler again!
Always received great service and communication from Ecosystems. Arrived on time, and the guys are always friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to any school or organisation that needs to get rid of their IT.
It's the first time I've used Ecosystems for WEEE disposal, having used many other companies in the past. Ecosystems really are the best of the bunch. The office staff are extremely helpful and made for a very smooth process from start to finish. Great communication throughout, the collection on the day couldn't have been any easier. No fee, no contracts to sign, just a waste transfer. In just a few days after the collection, I was able to see the destruction certificates online for all assets. Great service all round.
Had a lot of IT equipment to dispose of, including computers, printers, laptops, and monitors. I emailed Freddie and she was happy to take it all. The drivers were very professional on the day, and had the equipment loaded safely on to the van in no time. The drivers scan each item on to a tablet and give it a unique barcode, this is then available to view on the portal instantly.
Very impressed and will use again during the summer
Second time we have used Ecosystems and we couldn't recommend them more.
Collection was easy and required no assistance, communication was excellent, speedy replies and clear confirmation of the booking. Full asse list and data destruction certificates are all available on their online portal, much more efficient than the old paper method other recyclers still use.
Best of all it's free!
I have used ecosystems for many years, they are reliable and trustworthy, always get us booked in quickly and for free of charge
