New kitchen fitted Oct 2024. The installer worked very hard without any help but black mould still showing through the sprayed on cover up in pantry. On the last day, the electrician plonked his heavy tool box down on my glass cooker top accidentally smashing it.
Asked Ecosafe for £250 compensation (should have been more) & refused their offered £100 voucher. I had to fight until Cornwall Council agreed to pay the £250 by bank transfer in July this year.
The sink mixer tap wobbles & have lost a single wall cupboard for useless extractor fan. Issues with a young snr manager. Still laughing about it. Others seem to have done well with Ecosafe but I could have done without the fight over the smashed cooker top.

Ecosafe......nothing but praise
From Aaron and the original quote to Lee the fitter incl the painter and decorater to Cheery Grieg following up Ecosafe were just amazing in fitting my brand new kitchen which I thought never possible. Aside from moving my bed in,I have discovered culinary skills I never knew I had.Thank you Ecosafe and it's wonderful team of great people!

Quality Fencing work
I had planned works for building a new fence to our property a BCP property
The two chaps who did it Ty & Keith were amazing. Discussed with us what would work for us and happy to take on board any suggestions we had as our garden was troublesome the way it runs
Super tidy Excellent work clean and courteous at all times and super Dog friendly!
Very very happy with our new fence & gate it will last for years as solidly well built

Brickwork
We needed our gardens walls rebuilt after an RTA. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Ty. He did a fantastic job. He turned up as planned. He was very políte & courteous. He also kept the site tidy & kept us updated. We are really pleased with the end result. Wishing him all the best for the future.

I have had the guy's working in my flat…
I have had the guy's working in my flat for about 3 weeks now. I have had my bedroom walls re-skimmed due to mould and damp, the whole room and ceiling has been painted, done a great job. Then they moved on to my kid's bedroom again all walls re-skimmed and painted, plus ceiling mended and painted. Just started today on my hall way and lobby. The guy's have done an amazing job, and we are very pleased with the work and how quick it has been done. Good work guy's.

A Company That Cares With Amazing Customer Service
This company and its staff have been amazing, I’ve been battling for the last 12 years with my leaseholders in regards to the shoddy front door they had fitted under fire regulations, thanks to Ben who completed the survey report and especially a huge shout out to Louise who has gone over and above to get this problem finally resolved and a new door agreed with the home ownership team. A great company with fantastic staff that go that extra mile 😀 Now patiently waiting for my new door to be made and fitted. Thanks Guys you’ve been amazing 😻

An amazing company who took the time to…
An amazing company who took the time to listen to what was needed for my Auntie Pat. Both Mark, Andy and also Willow were very courteous from the initial contact with Mark, through to the completion of a new heating system and boiler by Andy and Willow.
They also cleared up brilliantly so that Auntie Pat didn't have to worry about anything when she came back home.

Attention to detail

Mouldy wall
Eco safe came in to my property to assess some damp. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and explained that I needed extractor fans fitted. They dealt with the mould quickly and overall were excellent to deal with.

Ive lived in my housing association (HA) propery for nearly twenty years. In all that time ive had huge problems with damp/mould in my bathroom. My HA answer was to wipe away the mould and paint over it with emulsion paint. The black mould would reappear one week later.
When my HA contracted Ecosafegroup, everything changed for me. An Ecosafe representative named Luke visited my property. Evaluated the problem in detail, consulted with me and treated the mould problem properly and with longlasting treatment. I was given advice, listened to and Luke went on to pass on my concerns to my HA. Because his care was so thorough, it led onto my HA completely replacing the extrator fan with a hugely efficent one.
What a wonderful company Ecosafegroup are. Fabulous care, work and follow up. I couldnt recommend them highly enough.

The man was lovely and talked us…
The man was lovely and talked us through everything and what he was going to do. It has solved the damp and the bad smell it made. I would use them again when needed.
I wish I had used them before now.
Well worth it. So chuffed. And now I can redecorate without worrying about the damp.

Terrible company
I would like to reply to you message.
Please provide me proof of where I declined a replacement washing machine.
I have all communications in writing.
Connor your contracts manager insinuated that it was historical damage which was not the case as it was brand new in box until your employees installed where he rammed it so hard under the work top that they measure incorrectly and did not make allowances for the flooring nor appliance. Connor agreed to reimburse me the full cost of the machine.
I was then visited by Adrian several weeks late and was told they wouldn’t reimburse the cost but would replace like for like with which I replied I wanted the exact machine I purchased not a second hand like for like. Adrian told me to send the link for my washing machine to Connor which I did so on 25th September 2024 at 1.48pm (I even explained that Adrian asked me to forward it to him).
The works have not been rectified at all which is why I have the official inspector round who communicated that the work that was done was not done to a high standard and needed sorted asap and was going to get hold of your company.
Please to do not insinuate that I have signed off on anything because I have categorically refused to.
And will not until ALL works have been completed.
I did have someone from your company turn up unannounced to my property to fix the kick boards however he swiftly left because he did not have the correct equipment or the clips to attach them, he said he would come back and I have neither seen more heard from your company since.
Communication is absolutely shocking and you have only communicated with me due to this review and a formal complaint.
If I could give zero I would.
They botched my kitchen completely, tiles not cut properly, kick boards not attached as failed to put the clips on, peeling vinyl on the kick boards, flooded my kitchen, damaged my brand new appliance where they accepted liability and said would replace only for them to not do it. Still have unfinished works and this has been ongoing for 26weeks. They never reply to any communication absolutely shocking company and I would advise to steer clear. I’m
