I bought my first Amazon store through them. The process was clear, and the team answered my questions quickly. It took some time to get everything transferred, but overall it went smoothly. So far, the store is stable and bringing in consistent sales.

Super easy process

Super easy process. Everyone I talked to was nice and helped me out. Price was fair, everything got done on time, and they answered all my questions without making it complicated.

Fantastic service & great expertise

Aaron and his team went above and beyond for me when purchasing and setting up my Amazon Seller account. We ran into a few issues on Amazon's side of things but Aaron and his team worked over time to work things out. 5/5 service and his team is extremely educated.

A company that stands by their promises


As someone who has been through hell and back with Amazon multiple times I stand by this company. When the account I acquired through Ecom Stores was put into question by Amazon, Ecom Stores showed me how to navigate the review process and had all the documents Amazon wanted ready. Our account is in great standing now and passed a section 3 account review during Q4 (a true test of selling on Amazon)

UPDATE 11/04/2025:
Shortly after my initial review, my Amazon seller account was deactivated due to failing identity verification—this was 11 months ago. While Ecom Stores worked to recover the account, crucial information was omitted when responding to Amazon’s questions, which ultimately led to the failure.

I have spent over $20,000 on this process with more expenses incurred every month. I would like to close this chapter but Ecom Stores is making that difficult. They have refused any refund, offering only a replacement store, which is not helpful given the issues with the first account. I even offered to let them deduct what they paid to acquire the store so they could break even (Which would still leave me thousands in the negative), but this was not accepted.

My experience leads me to believe that they operate primarily as a profit-first business, prioritizing their own gain over fully supporting their clients. Proceed with caution if you are thinking of doing business with them.

UPDATE 12/23/2025 (in response to Ecom stores):

I find your response insulting considering I offered to subtract your financial investments from the refund. I also find it insulting due to the amount of time and resources I put in, which is countless hours and $5k+ outside of the already high price tag I paid for the store.

The greed to not offer any sort of compensation when I’m asking for a refund with terms that already favor you is disgusting. Especially when the problem stems from your company.

Do you expect me to invest more hours and thousands of dollars (even if the second store is free) into another store when the first one’s problem couldn’t be resolved?

Your account was initially suspended after Amazon requested additional identity and shipment verification.Our team supported you throughout the process: preparing and submitting multiple appeal packages, advising on Amazon’s requests, and covering the cost of a professional appeal services. Unfortunately, despite these extensive efforts and multiple submissions, Amazon did not reinstate the account.

In March, 2024 we offered you a free replacement account to ensure you could continue selling without additional cost. This offer was rejected.

Given the significant amount of work and resources already invested - including reinstatement attempts, consulting fees we paid, and reimbursements for related services - a refund was not possible. This is consistent with our policy, as these services have been fully rendered on your behalf.

My experience buying an aged store from…

My experience buying an aged store from Aaron and working with Nikita could not have been better. The entire process was straightforward from start to finish. They are both very professional, organized, and communicate well. I now have two stores. I hired one of the big companies to build me a store from scratch before finding Aaron. Although I am very happy with my experience with them, I am in my seventh month, and sales are just picking up, with only three ungated items. My store with Aaron is live, with hundreds of products ungated after about 30 days of contact with him. My cost of buying a store from Aaron was 18.67% of the cost of building one from scratch, and I am way ahead of where the first store is on day 1. Buying an aged store is by far the better and less expensive way to go, and Ecomstores makes it effortless. They have my blessing to pass along my contact information for anyone who would like to speak to me about my experience with them. I highly recommend them!

WOW I’m beyond impressed!
My experience with Aaron and Nikita consisted of continual communication, support and integrity. Their systems and processes are in place and made it a smooth transition to acquiring a store. Absolute perfect experience
