Excellent concept … helping change the world little by little.

I absolutely love Ecologi. It makes it so easy to do my bit to help our planet that is no such desperate need of help. It's so nice to see all the trees in my 'forest' and find out where in the world they're actually planted. It's also great to see how much CO2 I've avoided, and I think the Ecologi plans are great value too. If you haven't already, you should sign up to Ecologi now.

I've been donating to Ecologi for 4 years and they make the impact so clear to follow, they're very transparent about spending and I now support them through my small business.
The support team are great and always reply quickly.

Very simple, easy to use, reasonably priced, and nature/climate positive.

The Ecologi incentive is fantastic! I set up a trigger to plant a tree for every online order placed on my website with a debit or credit card as every little helps the environment. The process was easy and their website is very comprehensive. Would definitely recommend partnering with Ecologi to implement this on your business website!

It is a bit confusing as to how we work as a business , a small business wanting to plant a tree for maybe each 5 sales or something similar ? lots of departments on website to look at , also I thought I had planted 12 trees as a starter but my forest shows 20 ? am I being billed for more ? confused about that as well

I was an ecology member for a year. Started out good, but drastically reduced the amount of trees planted and action provided per dollar of donation. They blame inflation and increased costs, but their explanation provided did not justify the 400% increase in "costs". They explained that SOME trees are priced more than others and pretended that, because we pay an average rate per tree, we actually "fund trees that are much more expensive than what we were charged" which is just untrue because those costs are offset by the "cheaper" trees from other providers. When I asked for the old and new average price per tree and how much of the cost increase goes to overhead, they stopped answering me and asked me to review their entire public ledger to figure it out myself. The ledger, as far as I can tell, does not provide this information or makes it extremely difficult to find. This is a classic bait and switch company that started out as a good service but likely got bought out and is putting profit over everything.

Fantastic ease of use to start implementing projects to take care of the environment even if you don't have the infrastructure to do it.

If we can't start with a big change, at least let's start with a small one!

Really impressed with Ecologi and their offering. It has allowed our company to give track what we are doing to offset our impact but above all it has allowed us to educate ourselves for what actually works. Keep up the great work

Ecologi has full integration to my shopify store to automatically deduct ammounts or plant a number of trees per product. Very easy to use and great advertising material aswell.

The onboarding process for ogilvyandmore.com was supported by an exceptionally helpful team who, faced with an error on my part were swift to attend to my query and really excelled when it came to making the changes required.

They demonstrated great communication and effective action; they were courteous and never pushy for an upsell. I was left feeling like they just wanted to get it right for the customer... how refreshing!

I have no hesitation in offering a 5 star review based on my experiences to date.
