I didn’t realize that I signed up for a subscription to purchase the same amount every two weeks! Love the biodegradable white paper plates. The bamboo are a little too rustic for what I wanted

You were very good at communicating when the package would arrive. And it arrived in a timely manner. I have not used the cups just yet, but I look forward to using them in the months ahead.

Pak'd Full of Support!
I had very specific dimension requirements for my kitchen trash bin liner. The support and guidance I got from Ecolipak was extraordinary. They spent several days of emailing numerous attempts to assist me, sending videos, pictures of bins sizes and liners to include detailed dimensions and other ideas to find a solution. Special kudos to Mary Mae who stuck with me during this entire process.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for loving our biodegradable white paper plates! We’re sorry for the confusion about the subscription — it’s easy to miss that setting. Our team has already checked and canceled the recurring order for you, so you’ll only receive what you intended.
We also appreciate your feedback on the bamboo plates — they do have a more rustic look, and your note helps us improve how we describe them online. If you ever need help choosing the right style for your next event, please reach us anytime at service@ecolipak.com.

Nice to know garbage bags this strong won’t sit in a landfill forever. I recycle what I can but some things still have to go in the trash. I will continue to order!

The shipment was slow so couldn't give 5 stars
The shipment was slow, but I am so happy to order compostable bags from Ecolipak rather than Amazon. I am so opposed to Amazon that I will pay more in order to not use them.

Excellent Product: Compostable Sugarcane Square Plates
We purchased the Compostable Sugarcane Square Plates for a large food & wine tasting event at my church. Each restaurant table had a stack of the plates at their serving tables, so they held everything from pasta with sauce to sandwiches, asian pork dumplings with sauce, tuna tartar, cake, cheese & crackers and bread. They measure 6" rim to rim and 4" in the inner "bowl" of the plate. THEY WERE AWESOME. Very sturdy, a nice bright white, and the perfect size for small appetizer portions or desserts, or perhaps a small salad. They are PERFECT for standing and holding -- very stiff and a nice size. No leaking, weakening, bending. And I felt great about not throwing away 1,000 plastic plates -- which also would have been much heavier than these plates, which despite their strength are light as air. You can search Hi and Low (Trust me, I did) but these plates are a great price, great value and great choice. They arrived very promptly and Ecolipak's service team could not have been more responsive as I needed to change my order on other items. Side note: had a catered event at my home 3 weeks ago, and the caterer showed up with the same plates I had ordered, so I am delighted to have EXTRA for the family to use. I am a very happy customer.
