I was a bit dubious buying my bike…
I was a bit dubious buying my bike online for fear of not having the personal touch that I would get in a shop, however, I really had nothing to worry about dealing with the Eco Bike Company. From the moment I made the order, through to my bike being delivered, and now post delivery, I have had fantastic service. Any issues that I have raised during the process have been dealt with in a rapid and very professional manner. The bike I purchased is a Hunter extreme, step through, folding e-bike, and it is superb !!
If the after-sales service, should I need, is as good as the service I have experienced so far, then I will be very happy.
I would highly recommend Eco Bikes, not only for the quality of service, but also for the quality of the bike I purchased.

This is how companies should operate.
I had been looking for a folding e-bike for months and eventually took the plunge and ordered an E-go Max+ from Eco Bike. One of the reasons is that I am a large bloke and liked the max rider weight of 150kg, most other folding e-bikes are 120kg.
Prior to ordering I had an online discussion with Jarred, who was exceptionally well informed, and responded quickly and positively to any concerns I had. Jarred made sure that the mudguards and rack would be fitted before delivery.
I received the bike two days later, it was well packed and very easy to unpack, and unfold, ready to hit the roads.
The bike is comfortable to use, and pedal assist modes are easy to use.
The whole process from purchase to enjoying the freedom of the open road was extremely easy. I also received a call from the company 4 days after the purchase to check everything was okay with the bike, and my buying experience.
When I'm ready to buy a second bike for my wife this is the company I will use.
Excellent range of bikes, assembled before deivery with great after sales
Ordered a new electric bike through the Halfords Cycle2Work scheme on the Monday and had the bike delivered on the Friday. Came excellently packaged and fully assembled. It also came with a handy toolkit, which has already been useful. After sales has been great and I'd be happy to contact them again knowing that I'd get a quick response back. Overall very happy I found them, especially given their selection of bikes, many of which we're hard to find elsewhere for my cycle scheme.

Great customer service - they actually reply promptly to emails and answer the phone! My bike arrived right in the middle of the estimated delivery window and I'll definitely use them again.
The benchmark for the industry!
This is not the first bike I ordered from Eco Bike Company. The first bike was ordered two weeks ago, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the order, (Nothing to do with Eco Bike). The response was very fast and supportive. The order was cancelled and the money paid was returned within days. Great understanding and terrific response times. I have now ordered a different ebike, to my surprise the bike was sitting in my house just two days latter. At the time or ordering I also bought a thumb throttle. Having no idea how to assemble this item I sent an email asking how to do this. Again, the response service was excellent, two hours later I received a mail together with a video on how to do this. Summing up: Great service, excellent response times and a complete understanding of m y needs. In a word brilliant! Well done Eco Bike Company!

Honestly I thought I was dealing with a…
Honestly I thought I was dealing with a good honest company! And the service was first class. I am having my doubts at the moment. I ordered a Big Game bike Impala 750w and communications has been a bit hit and miss. I was told it was out for delivery on Friday, then when I enquired as to when it would be delivered I was told it was being sent directly from Big Game Bikes and it was sent on Sunday. I was also told I would receive a tracking number tonight between 7pm and 8pm. Why would I be receiving a tracking number two days after it was shipped two days before!
I am wondering if it’s in the post at all!
I will post more updates as this unfolds.
As you can see I have had a reply to this. It’s interesting that they apologise, but they did not Inform me that as I live in I quote North Aberdeenshire and in fact I just 40 miles west of Aberdeen.

Upon checking with Big Game Bikes, we've encountered a delay in receiving the tracking information despite our efforts to obtain it. Attached below is a screenshot from our previous correspondence with them, indicating that the tracking details were pending.

As depicted in the screenshot, the bike was dispatched on 22nd February, and considering the standard delivery timelines, it typically takes a few extra days for deliveries to locations north of Dundee, from our experience.
Rest assured, we are fully committed to expediting the process, and our team will promptly follow up with Big Game Bikes first thing in the morning to resolve this matter swiftly. Please be assured that delivering your bike to you as soon as possible remains our utmost priority.

I just don’t believe it! Dundee to my address is not two days away! Come on guys we all live in the real world own up you have not done a good job in contacting the customer and informing them of what has happen! Take a leaf out of my book, contact the customer and let them know every step of the way especially when then have spent nearly £2000 on a bike!

I was struggling to find a e-bike company that was in my budget and accepted My Cycle to work voucher. eco bike company were excellent in dealing with my and helping me to sort everything out and replied to every email or voice mail left almost instantly. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service from Jarred at Eco Bikes. We bought two bikes and then one for our neighbour. The bikes are despatched promptly and are easy to set up. We are thoroughly enjoying getting out and about through the countryside in Scotland

Purchased two Wisper 806 folding bikes with 700w batteries from Eco-bike co and have to say Katie was most helpful and spent time answering all my many questions both on the phone and emails. Nothing was too much. Only one bike has arrived but this is due to one being full throttle version which I knew would take 4 to 8 weeks. The bike arrive very well packaged and wrapped in foam. Once unwrapped and pedals fitted was ready to go. What a joy to ride, look forward to riding the full throttle version. Would definitely recommend Eco-bike co, price was very good as was the service.

Delivery took 3 weeks, when it was delivered I assembled it and gears 2;3;4;5 wasn't working, motor power (assistance) 30-40% less powerful than in carrera vengeance bike (I have 3 yeras old vengeance ebike) . When I contacted seller to return the bike, they started demanding to bring bike to qualified ebike mechanics and then they will pay 30£ for repairs. They treated me like I work for them, like I am obligated to cancel my plans my job, and do work for them. Also they sad that I wipl not going to get full refund, because they have ridiculous t&c, like I need to pay for collection, need to pay for restock etc. In the end I got full refund, because I opened a case against them and won. Week after I went to Halfords and bought new model of Carrera Vengeance ebike. So do not recommended Avaris nor ecobikecompany.com

Awesome after sales service and Bike!!
Ordered a Wisper 806 folding bike from Eco. A bit of wait while the Full throttle option was certified. Bike was beautifully prepared for transit and arrived in pristine condition. Had an issue with accessing the Wisper tutorials, but Katie from Eco sorted them out and the website was repaired. the after sales service is very prompt, friendly and constructive. Have had my first ride and the bike is awesome, very strong up hills with this old overweight rider and folding is a doddle. Highly recommend Eco as a very client-friendly provider.
I’ve just purchased an electric bike…
I’ve just purchased an electric bike through this company having contacted them knowing very little about e-bikes. They answered all my questions and of the 3 bikes I had short listed help me decide which one would suit me best, they even offered me a deal on a return bike that had a small paint chip but as a result was discounted. The bike arrived by specialist courier and they have answered the couple of questions I have raised since I bought it. All in all they appeared very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.
