Outre le fait que les prix des billets pour visiter le Colisée, le forum romain et le mont Palatin étaient particulièrement élevés par rapport aux prix officiels (mais nous n'avions plus le choix, c'était complet), et ce, pour une plus value anodine (un audioguide en ligne : il faut donc autant de smartphones et d'écouteurs que de visiteurs), la personne qui nous amenait les tickets nous a donné de mauvaises informations en nous indiquant que nous pouvions quitter le forum/mont palatin pour revenir après notre visite du Colisée. C'est même ce qu'elle nous a conseillé. Sauf que c'est formellement interdit par le personnel du parc. Résultat : on n'a pas pu voir le forum. Les indications initiales étaient pourtant assez claires. Nous avons appelé l'agence. Apparemment, il s'avère que nous avons fait une confusion. Sauf qu'on n'était pas les seuls à avoir compris ça. Bref, rien à faire... une fois qu'on a donné l'argent, nous non plus on ne peut rien faire... Un conseil : passez par les sites de vente officiels si vous avez le choix.

Très déçu par Eco Art Tour Operator (billets achetés via Tiqets).
Nous avons payé près de 200€ pour 3 adultes et 1 enfant, bien au-dessus du prix officiel, en pensant avoir un service de qualité.
La guide nous a donné des informations erronées : possibilité de visiter le Mont Palatin et le Forum Romain avant le Colisée, et d’y retourner plus tard dans la journée. C’était faux.
Résultat : refus d’accès après le Colisée, visite incomplète.
Service cher, mal expliqué, et aucune prise de responsabilité. Je ne recommande pas.

Last-Minute Cancellation – Completely Unreliable

We had a booking with this operator which was cancelled last minute, during the Easter period, one of the busiest times of the year.

This was part of our honeymoon trip in Rome, and due to the timing, it became almost impossible to find alternative tickets.

Despite the importance of the booking, the operator denied any alternative solution, such as rescheduling or replacement tickets, leaving us with no real options.

Their handling of the situation shows a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism, especially for such a critical travel period.

This cancellation caused unnecessary stress and significantly disrupted our travel plans.

I would strongly advise against relying on this operator for important bookings.

Misleading, disorganized, overpriced boat tour of Ponza Island. Cheap plate of pasta and a cup of water for lunch, served at 3:30. No inflatables to use while in the water. Poor vibe on the boat because everyone was starving. A big disappointment.

We hebben bij EcoArt een guided tour geboekt van Palazzo Borghese in Rome. Absoluut top. Erg interessant. We zijn rondgeleid door Frederique. Ze was zeer vriendelijk, een kunst expert en heel goed in staat de schoonheid en de verhalen achter de kunst van Borghese begrijpelijk uit te leggen.

We visited the Vatican with Loreley

Unlike another guided tour we took with different provider in Rome, this one was EXCELLENT. Our guide took her time, was super knowledgable and clearly enjoyed her subject.

We booked our tour on line so we're a bit nervous beforehand as to whether Ecoart is a professional organisation. Happy to report we were both very impressed with Ecoart as they were extremely friendly, helpful,welcoming and overall professional.
Our tour guide Assumpta was fantastic, her knowledge of the Vatican it's history and the artists Michael Angelo and Raphael and various popes was both entertaining and she engaged us throughout. Thank you Ecoart and of course Assumpta for an amazing day.
We would highly recommend this tour o others.

Mercoledì 20.3.2024 ho partecipato con il CAI di Verona alla visita dei musei vaticani con la guida Martina. Devo dire che sono stato soddisfattissimo delle spiegazioni, sono stato affascinato non mi era mai capitato di ricevere spiegazioni così esaustive e condite con piacevole ironia. We had Ricardo as our tour guide and he was fabulous. Not only was he knowledgeable, but it is a lot of information and space to cover so he kept it fun and upbeat. I also appreciated him giving us time for photos and ensuring none of us got left behind!

La visita è stata molto interessante! La guida, Elisa, era molto competente ed ha saputo attrarre la nostra attenzione in quel girone di malebolge che sono i Musei Vaticani sotto le feste di fine anno!

I had the chance to join EcoArt for a tour in the Vatican Museums. We had some troubles with our flight being delayed, but Eco was able to help us the best way possible. The guide was great and very informative, the Museums were stunning! The staff were easy to find and organised. Highly recommended!

From booking a day before to the end of the trip was fantastic. Easy to find guide ant first and she was fantastic when getting the tickets and explaining where things were. We was on a self guided tour so we could just go where ever. Such a beautiful place and a MUST when visiting Rome. 10/10

Giuseppe was our guide and he was great!!! Very knowledgeable and very nice. He
answered all our questions and even took photos of us! Definitely recommend this tour!
