Great service and good kit. Darren and Andrey have been a massive help on a battery storage installation with full house automatic change over we have been doing. Great advise and support from the point of design to install right through to commissioning the system, it was all new kit for us so the support was invaluable.
As an installer It makes a massive difference dealing with a company that knows the products they are selling inside out and are willing to take the time to help work through and queries issues.

I just had a switch over system installed by Eco Ess to complete out solar/battery system. From 1st contact with them I was impressed by the quick response and installation. Not often I jump on review sites but definitely recommend them .

I found Darren on the Solar facebook group - finally someone who had an opinion about battery / solar that was backed by data. I messaged him the outcomes I was wanting to achieve and the steps I was doing. We have a lot of power cuts so I wanted a 2 - 4 hour run time and auto cutover. We went for 40kwh batteries and an inverter to allow solar to be added closer to summer. We use the night rate power of 6p from 12 - 7am and then no grid from 7am. We have had a few power cuts and only knew about them as the app tells me the system is detached from the grid. Darren and Andrey were incredibly knowledgeable and seemed more interested in assisting customers instead of selling them things they don't need (which often happens). The onsite electricians they used were brilliant, tidy, fast and couldn't have been better. Highly recommend EcoESS to anyone looking for batteries and solar.

Darren and Andrey supplied an inverter and battery upgrade for me. Advice given by them was all spot on and there was no pressure on me as to the options I finally opted for. Prices were pitched at a good level. Install went without issue and standard of finish was good throughout. Post-install there were issues with the batteries going into alarm mode for unknown reasons. Andrey spent considerable time interrogating the batteries and inverter remotely and on-site and keeping me fully updated. He liaised with both inverter and battery manufacturers and with various firmware upgrades has completely resolved the situation. I was kept fully updated at all times could not have wished for better customer support from him. I would not hesitate to use Eco-Ess again for any future work.

Recently ordered the auto change-over unit from EcoEss, quick delivery and quality unit, very simple to install.
