As the watch was a gift and unfortunately didn’t suit my husband’s taste (unlike mine), I had to return it. That wasn’t a problem at all, so I’d definitely recommend this shop.

Very impressed with this watch! I have seen echo/Neutra reviews and handled some of their watches in NY. When I was looking for a ceramic chronograph I was drawn to the design and the value…when I got the watch in hand I was blown away by the quality. Great addition to my collection! Ordering was easy and was shipped quickly.

Ho acquistato un orologio. A distanza di quasi due anni ho avuto un piccolo problema con il bracciale. Ho scritto all’assistenza la quale in modo cortese e celerissimo mi ha spedito il pezzo di ricambio in due giorni lavorativi.

Mi sono recato di persona presso la loro sede, Ragazzi gentilissimi con i quali è stato un piacere conversare e dai quali è stato un piacere acquistare (cosa assolutamente non scontata).
Passando all’orologio acquistato, ho preso l’Averau chrono ceramica, orologio semplicemente spettacolare, portabilissimo e comodissimo al polso, orologio che se sul quadrante avesse avuto un altro marchio sarebbe costato 5 volte tanto.
Per quanto riguarda gli altri orologi, dal vivo sono tutti spettacolari, anche i pochi che in foto/video non mi convincevano hanno dissipato ogni dubbio e mi mangio le mani per non aver preso il crono bronzo ormai esaurito…
Mi sa che presto tornerò a trovarli: l’averau big moon verde appena presentato mi fa troppa gola…

Watch (Cristallo) is very solid build and visualy atractive timepiece. Workmanship (brushed surfaces) is great and representing high-end production procedures. Very accurate +/- 3 min/month

I ordered the Averau Ceramic 3H in late January. Just 1 day after I placed my order, the watch was on it's way to me. I really liked the packaging, and the watch box it comes in. I absolutely love the look of the watch. However, after only a few weeks of ownership, I wish I had returned it, and here's why.
- The Lume is really bad. It's not very bright.
- The extremely long strap. I have a 7.5" wrist and the strap wraps all the way around and it looks off.
- Most importantly, and why I wish I could return it...The sound from the movement. It's embarrassingly loud when I've worn it to work. Is that because of the Ceramic case? If you're in a meeting with this watch on, all you'll hear is this watch's movement with the slightest move of your hand.

I appreciate the time taken to pack my watch for it's arrival at my home. Beautiful care was taken with each step, thanks for making the unwrapping as much fun as it was!

L’orologio rispetta le aspettative, ma portandolo ho notato alcune cose che potrebbero migliorarne la qualità. Non ha una buona leggibilità e un quadrante più grigio chiaro secondo me sarebbe stato meglio. Inoltre, di notte si vede molto poco.

Wunderschöne und sicher auch hochwertige Uhren. Gerne würde ich mir eine Uhr kaufen, tue mich aber derzeit leider noch schwer, eine Uhr mit dem Namen echo/neutra zu tragen. Ich finde die Uhren toll, der doch deutlich sichtbare Name gefällt mir jedoch gar nicht. Sorry liebe Designer und Namensentwickler.
