the customer support is friendly and always responds. though some items are expensive, yet i am satisfied with the shopping experience. they always respond to the emails quickly and help with everything and answer every question the customer has. plus the packing and shipping is fast.

Bought on 24 Jun 2022 & received in good condition on 20 July 2022 (shipment to Malaysia). It takes almost 1 month to receive. Overall the strip fits with the vacuum machine model DZ-400.

Shipping is fast. The shipping fee reflects oversea shipping price and depends on the properties (liquid, powder), size and weight of your product, also your choice of the shipping method. Just be aware of this, since the product is not in US.
All product I received so far is good and match the description, including free samples.

The cutting board was exactly what I was looking for. I was wanting to surprise my wife with the type she used in China. The ones I was able to get in America are all very thin or they were not made from a single piece of wood. Shipping time was very reasonable. I will definitely make more purchases from ebuy7!!

Only showed "The parcel has been returned to the sender" after 3 days. At first, I thought my order was lost. However I received my package after 15 days. Overall, I rated it five stars, and I am very happy that I ordered with this company.

I had a decent experience with their service. I was hesitant at first but they had listed the product I wanted (PTM 7950 HoneyWell Thermal Paste) which was nowhere to be found else where. After placing an order, I had to wait about a month until I saw any updates then after several weeks I contacted their agent from the customer care section in their website. They informed me that they changed my shipping method because the initial shipping method was not available in my country then they give me another tracking number to track.
After 2 months of patience, I finally received my product in good condition.

I ordered a product that I needed to repair an item to factory new and they sent exactly that. Item arrived in less than 2 weeks, fast for international shipping

Placed an order on Ebuy7, it was dispatched a couple days later via FedEx (preferred selection) which I then received in 6 days.

Everything went smoothly, no issues.

Order arrived with the correct item and came well packaged.

When you buy from here you are paying price plus local shipping to warehouse after which you will receive an international shipping charge, part of doing business in taobao, everything was exactly as ordered(read small print, some things lost in translation, make sure before you buy and you will have a good experience like me!

I was a bit sceptical after reading all the negative reviews here, but my experience was great! The order arrived before an Aliexpress order that I had placed before this and was packaged very well. Keep in mind though that you will have to pay for the shipping separately after they have received the item in China! (In my case this was 2 days after I had placed the order)
