I completed an Executive Doctorate in Learning & Development with East Bridge University. As a corporate trainer and consultant, my decision came down to one distinction: signalling versus utility. If your goal is a credential recognised by government bodies or required for tenured academic positions, you will need to look elsewhere and EBU itself is transparent about that. But if your goal is doctoral-level rigour applied directly to your professional practice, this institution delivers.

The programme's flexibility meant I could continue running my consultancy throughout.
