You were recommended by a friend, who forwarded your website to me, I chose a lovely necklace that was a close match to a pair of earrings I'd had for many years. Got regular updates on the order and it was delivered by Royal Mail. Very efficient.

Quirky Whitby jet jewellery
Gorgeous little shop with lots of unique and quirky Whitby jet jewellery - it’s like a treasure cave! I purchased a gorgeous pendant over the phone after regretting not buying it when I was recently in Whitby. I received it within a couple of days and it exceeded my expectations. Will definitely buy more from this lovely shop - excellent customer service and great if you appreciate unique, one-off items.

Lovely shop, great customer service.
I spotted a ring that I particularly loved, when passing the shop on a brief trip to Whitby. I contacted the shop with a picture, and they were very quick to make contact. They designed a very similar piece in the size I requested within days and posted this out quickly. It is a beautiful piece and really nice quality.
