Watch out for duties etc if not based in uk
Did not realise I was ordering from a uk site with no European distribution warehouse. Net result was 20+ euros in shipping plus 40+ euros in duty, so effectively doubled the price….
Perhaps you could make it much clearer based on shipping address that this was the case. Many other motorbike parts suppliers I buy from have European based distribution to avoid these extra costs.

Emailed to confirm I was looking at the…
Emailed to confirm I was looking at the correct pads for my car and they confirmed with a link that they were correct. Turns out they haven’t even bothered to check if they fit the specific model as they are completely different. Trying to return the products and get a refund was a nightmare. Around a month to get a refund and that was after around 15 emails and an official complaint. I can accept errors, but the customer service is awful considering it was their mistake.

The pads was completely wrong, and your techical dept, couldnt even tell which was the right pads,,for my cf moto u10 higjland pro !! You need to get your , list of pads dor the above, correct..

It would be much easier if you sold…in sets
It would be much easier if you sold brake pads in sets according to make and model of vehicle, I ordered a set of brake pads for front of my bike and only one arrived, when two sets should have arrived as most bikes have two calipers on front and only one at back. This would have saved a lot of hassle having to reorder to make complete.
Like cars or vans when you Oder brake pads you normally get them in sets for both sides!!!!
Otherwise the ordering process was fine and delivery was also great
