I wish to give thanks to service provider Zandri Kriel from Eazi. Selling a house and understanding the process from start to finish can be a daunting task taking into consideration the aspects that needs to be covered especially fees involved. I decided to make use of Eazi as I like the Idea of the transparency and the fix amounts according to different sale prices. The agent explained the process and guided me through it step by step. At times I would make contact with her regarding matters not concerning the sale of my property with them, but still received the advice requested. I am of the opinion this engagements and information templates provided by the agency made the process self explanatory as well as the knowing you have a estate agent who you can contact via WhatsApp and receiving the needed attention. I have only used Eazi for property sales. Their service is impeccable and you're always kept in the loop. Moses is the Milnerton representative and was friendly, attentive, knows the area well, and sold my house over asking price within a week! We recently used the services of Eazi Real Estate and wow! What a wonderful experience we had. From the first day we completed the contact form, the journey started with Lindsey making contact promptly and advising that one of the estate agents, Nicholus would be in touch.
It was such a breath of fresh air to deal with Nicholus. He handled our sale from start to finish with the utmost professionalism, care and precision. Nicholus always had our best interests at heart and the way he managed each house viewing, there can be no doubt that the potential buyers received the same warmth and professionalism. His manner when requesting availability for viewings and his feedback after each viewing was prompt and detailed. Frequent check ins was always a part of his service and when doing so he really took the time to check in. Never did it feel as if he was just ticketing a box. This was all done even though Eazi Real Estate operates a digitally advanced tracking system, which is so user-friendly.
We would highly recommend Nicholus and Eazi Real Estate.
