Just based on the Dubai bar alone I would have to give 5 stars! But seriously good bars overall. Very distinctive flavours and textures. And a great choice for anyone preferring some actual nutrition in their 'candy bars' instead of pure sugar.

These bars are my absoloute saving grace ! I've been diagnosed with gluten and lactose intolerance and when I'm needing a sweet snack it was soooo hard! Thank you & my favourite is the orange obsession just tried it !

I really liked the taste and flavours of these bars. I'm a coeliac so I thought perfect for me. Unfortunately not. I can eat one or two a week because there is something in them that makes me ill. It may be the chicory ingredient that I know my friend is highly intolerant to. I gave her one of these bars and she was ill.

Made a small order on 1st dec 2025. No order received on 12th. Contact made. Assured goods would be despatched (they still had not dealt with the order at this stage). Order finally arrived on 14th. Apology emails etc and a gift bar ‘given’. Packing was atrocious. All the bars floating around in a box too large for purpose resulting in damaged goods (they would have been gifts) and NO compensatory bar!
Email written. Apologies made. Replacement goods to be sent. Now 25th December 2025. No package. No gifts for my family. NO customer satisfaction. All this from an order directly to the company. Dealt with speedily but ineffectually by Kate who then wants me to review her ‘help’. Consider this your review!!
Update:
Your left hand really should talk to your right hand. I have been refunded. Is this yet again an example of inefficiency. I leave you to draw your own conclusions and take a learning lesson.
In my opinion, from my experience, not a company to deal with directly.

Absolutely love Vive bars, so many tasty varieties all of which are packed with healthy ingredients. Delivery is always quick, the only problem is trying to resist them too quickly as they are so delicious.

I ordered two weeks ago. I had to email. Go on the shopify app- nothing. Email again. They have not completed my order at VIVE?? Then told to check the shopify app which now takes me to the Royal Mail site. Which tells me they are waiting for VIVE to get the items to them? I mean really? At this point I am thinking about reporting them as a scam. I have checked companies house and am making further investigations. They are not on Trust Pilot and don't have proper email addresses. ie use shopify. I am now very concerned what I would be eating and where it is produced.

Well. I've just received my orange brownie bars and they're awesome.
The only sugar is in the dark chocolate, then filled with plants and nuts.
But so tasty and 7 g of protein, so it'll be slow release.

Website is poor and didn’t give the advertised deal for first customers, so overpaid. They took the money straight away but weeks on and the order remained unfulfilled. Customer service is a bot that tells you what you already know and gives no news on your order.
When it finally arrived it was all dumped loose in a box and not packaged separately as requested, as they were to be gifts. Got given less bars than ordered too.
Company said this was due to ‘human error’. No apology given just a ‘never mind’ attitude and had the cheek to suggest it was my fault, when it was their website and error.
They are clearly not equipped to deal with customer demand and too many orders so need to seriously consider their approach in the future. They’ve lost another customer from this poor experience.
The chocolate is ok but nothing special.

Ordered some of their bars after a friend had introduced me to them.
Placed my order and had to wait a little longer than expected, think there was a production delay - but reached out to customer services who were extremely helpful! Replied quickly, very apologetic and order was received the next day.
Absolutely recommend them and their tasty bars!!

After 5 days order is not arrived and according to their AI agent (they make it really hard to contact them) it hasn't even been fulfilled.
Probably a scam or at the very least just some rubbish Instagram flashy lights that doesn't deliver.

Edit: the product eventually arrived so not a scam just insufficient customer service

Easy to order from website, chose selection box. Mini sizes of samples of different flavours. All the bars were delicious, tasted great with real chocolate. It's great the grams of protein per bar.. My husband also loved them. He works as a nightshift nurse, and eating one in his break gave him a boost til the end of shift. We will buy again, not your average energy bar, definitely didnt taste of cardboard! 😋😊

Tasty treats that are made from quality ingredients, containing fibre and protein. A nice variety of flavours, including yummy seasonal editions such as mini-eggs and pumpkin spice.

Tasty natural vegan bar which is a daily treat and an alternative to the usual UPF. Subscription works well and you get advance warning of an order unlike some who just take the money!

Great tasting bars without sugar spikes and weight gain. Any issue with order Kate will help with excellent customer service and communication.

​I bought these based on the description that they are comparable to Mars and Snickers bars. However, that comparison is incredibly misleading. Mars and Snickers are famous for being creamy milk chocolate, whereas these Vive bars are definitely dark chocolate.
​This is a major issue for me because dark chocolate gives me horrible headaches. The packaging did not make it clear enough that this is a dark chocolate product, and on top of the adverse health reaction, the texture was quite dry.

​A suggestion for Vive:
I understand that your brand is vegan, but that doesn't mean you have to limit yourself to dry dark chocolate. If you want to make a genuine alternative to Mars or Snickers, you should look into using soya to create a "milk" or even a white chocolate version. Soya would provide the creaminess that these bars are currently missing.
​Until then, please label these clearly as "Dark Chocolate" so customers like me can avoid the pain!
