Always quick, polite and I appreciate the tracking information provided. Always know where they are at.

We use eat street over door dash for a reason. Food is always still warm and on time. Communication kept through out the entire delivery process.

While in Memphis EatStreet did an excellent job of obtaining and delivering our food. The website was easy to use, and the service was efficient and effective.

Eat Street more convenient only drawback is even with free delivery still 3.00 fees charged so makes ordering out more expensive plus tipping. I enjoy eating in or just paying for food/tipping not a 3.00 fee.

I placed my order at 2:44 p.m and had an estimated delivery time of 34 minutes. I then received a notification that my food was out for delivery at 3:22 p.m. My driver did not have his location turned on, no contact information was provided and my food arrived over an hour after it had been marked out for delivery and two whole hours after being order. The food arrived beyond cold. There is no live customer support chat or phone number. Overall terrible experience and will not be ordering through EatStreet every again.

Not delivered. Total SCAM! Restaurant told that someone gave my name and my phone number down the building to get my order. I don’t live here, then it’s impossible. 1 hour on the phone. Finally EatStreet refuses to refund me without the restaurant’s agreement. 0 customer service!

Meat on the Street did NOT disappoint! The MOTS order platform was easy to use as I got orders together for a group attending a work retreat. MOTS delivered our food on time and made sure it got to us, not just left at the doorstep like some restaurants do. And most importantly, the food was delicious! I would recommend Meat on the Street to anyone ordering food for themselves or a group.

Have never been disappointed, quite the opposite, delivery service is awesome!

I have always had great drivers that delivered my food. My only criticism would be that you can't see real time on a map when driver is driving to the restaurant and on their way to your home, just the time when your ordered and is on it's way like another delivery company.

I ordered Chinese from China wok. I got a message it would be 20 minutes later than originally estimated. Then the food came on time and I was notified of that. Really good service. Food was still hot.

I ordered food. Then on another occasion I went to the restaurant myself to pick up an order. I was surprised to see the difference in the prices on their menu vs the price I paid through eatstreet. I understand about the need to collect fees to run a business, but didn't like finding out after the fact that I was paying more, plus delivery charge and tip.

I was feeling a little blue and needed a quick pick-me-up. I ordered via Eat Street from my favorite restaurant. The food was delivered quickly and without error. Thanks for the great service... no longer feeling blue!

We always have great service. The website not always updated to restaurants that are closed on not taking online orders.
