I place an order when I was sick at home. Instead of being delivered to the address I typed in, it was delivered to a business in a completely different city. Instead of trying to rectify the situation I was told there is nothing they were willing to do. Also if I had an issues to follow up with my bank. I'll be making sure to tell more people about this experience other than just a review.

This is what it says on the odering page:
"EatStreet
Ready in 20 min
No service fee"

However, when I picked up the food I see I was charged $14 for the 2 servings I ordered. I guess, my mistake to consider that a "service fee." The manager told me I could have saved the money by just ordering directly from the restaurant which I most assuredly will do next time.

Screw this company x1000. I placed a to go order at a restaurant and they never received the order. I asked eatstreet to just give me a refund, to which they agreed. It has been 4 weeks and I still haven't received a refund. I opened another support chat asking for an update. They asked for my email address to escalate and then never responded again. At this point I am just going to have to do a credit card dispute, but this company is just one big scam. (Middle finger emoji)

I have ordered twice from Eatstreet Oshkosh and BOTH times they have screwed up my order. Missing French Fries one one and shrimp on the other order. They don't have a way to contact them other than email or live chat so you cant talk to a supervisor or manager. And any compensation for their delivery drivers not making sure orders are filoed vh properly they issue a coupon. I would appreciate my order fixed correctly as I definitely will NOT order through Eatstreet ever again. They're totally incompetent in regards to quality delivery service.

3 of 4 recent orders have been cancelled due to the restaurant 'not being open' (according to the form email I received), though all 3 restaurants were in fact open and are restaurants I had successfully ordered from through ES in the past. The service rep was no help. Emailing customer service resulted in yet another form email that did not address *anything* I actually said in it. I'm sure that $3 coupon they gave me for an hour of waiting for no food will be really helpful, considering the last time this happened I did order again from a different place and it ended up identically - waiting an hour, no food.

They've historically been really good in my area, and they started here, so I've tried to support them. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time this happened, but now it's a pattern.

Took the money, No food

Food never arrived (a large order). Took a long time to get a customer service rep. Many minutes for them to investigate. Was told I'd be comped for delivery charges. Restaurant actually redid order and delivered. Was told they'd tell Eat Street to comp me. I never was. Contacted Customer Service again, Chat and then was dropped. Started a new Chat, not resolved.

Unit numbers don't show up on their end even though it is on the order on the customer's side. They won't refund unless the restaurant refunds them. So EatStreet is the only party involved that cuased a problem, and they are the only party that doesn't lose anything.

Absolutely terrible! I waited almost 2 hours for my food and they hadn’t even received the order. I left they told me because I reached out after my order had been “ confirmed” they couldn’t do anything. When else would you complain? Before your order had been messed up? Do not use do not recommend

They delivered my food to some unknown location. When I asked where my food was they just kept saying to check my email. When I asked where the superficially left my food they ended the live chat with me. They just kept repeating no refunds. I never asked for a refund.

Driver didn't follow delivery instructions. Due to knee injury I requested food be brought inside front door. Food was left outside in freezing temperatures and he didn't ring bell. Food arrived late and cold.

Like others, my order was never delivered. The driver reported delivery, but the agent on the chat said that they have no way of contacting drivers. I'll not use them again. Restaurants should avoid EatStreet.

Never got food. Charged my account. No refund. No credit. Customer service gave me no solution and kicked me out of the conversation. Restaurant never even got my order.

Charged 6 times for 1 order and chat person, Jastine, was not friendly nor very helpful.

I will never use them again. If I hadn't checked my pending transactions, I wouldn't have known.

Also, screenshot the chat as once it's ended...it grays out and you don't get an option to print & save.

Absolutely Terrible. First off, the original delivery time was 45-60 minutes. After the order was placed it went to over 2 hours and then the food was actually never delivered. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with EatStreet. Never ordering again.

ordered food at a restaurant through eatstreet, received a confirmation number, driver was sent to pick up the order, but restaurant states they never received the order. Contacted customer service and had an online chat with customer service agent… Unable to help. Hour and a half later, never received food. $32 wasted and still hungry.

clearly, I cannot recommend to anybody.

THE LAST REVIEW SAID “IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD” I TOTALLY AGREE!!!!

1. Food was almost an hour late. I was quoted 45 minutes. It arrived an hour and a half later.
2. Since I ordered sushi and was given ZERO updates as to WHEN the food was picked up and how long it had been just sitting. I HAD to THROW IT AWAY.
3. ZERO delivery UPDATES & INCORRECT delivery updates. The app was not tracking the delivery and then it told me it would arrive in 5-15 minutes for forty minutes.
4. EXTREMELY RUDE & UNHELPFUL customer service with INCORRECT information. And THEY HUNG UP ON ME.
5. The 30% Off Coupon offer said I had ALREADY used it and I HAD NOT USED the coupon. That would have given me $9 off which exacerbates the PROBLEM with $8 credit BEING INSUFFICIENT
6. I was told by the second representative I WOULD BE CONTACTED via Email within 48 HOURS. I had to contact them ONE WEEK LATER.
7. They issued me an $8 CREDIT????!!!????!! For $40 worth of food I had to throw away because of THEIR incompetence!!!!!!!
8. I have contacted them MULTIPLE times and every representative says the CANNOT HELP ME

if ZERO was an option, that's what they'd get! It's an absolute scam. The customer service was incompetent and could barely speak English or have the mental capacity to solve any problems. It was an absolute waste of time. They activate our menu and ordering system without our consent. SHADDY BUSINESS.
