They advertise on the app discount vouchers but when you dine & pay the bill in eat club app payment goes through but restaurant says not honoured and you have to pay whole bill and waiting for refund for the first amount deducted even after a week.

Literally the best idea ever. Has been such a good way to discover new restaurants and save a bit of money. I never used to eat out now I do all the time

We booked through the app for 8:30 in London tonight, including adding our bank details. When we arrived at the restaurant it was closed for a private event. Night ruined.

Eatclub’s response was for £10 credit for next time we want to gamble a night out with them. No thanks

A once fun and money saving club is sadly now more trouble than it's worth. Is it due to management changes? Terrible policies and it's difficult to use .. if you dont pay within an ever changing window .. discount gone! Eatclub didnt honour the discount but still took full payment. Very disappointing! Two golden rules are being broken: Accountability Transparency.

Third class service, they say 30 mmt delivery but it goes beyond 1 hr

I have been a member of eat club for 3 years. I find with costs of restaurants rising that I seek their discounted restaurants regularly
Recently I had a technical issue with my card which was not the fault of anyone
Eat club response was impressive.The issue has been resolved

Tried to set up with google wallet,what a joke!!! Went to a restaurant tapped as per instructions got no discount,they only accept google wallet plus Apple pay not samsung wallet which is in my opinion is better than google.In short nothing worked !!!
Just another hit and miss app.

Late delivery, wrong product, cold pizza all in one order. Deliveries goes update 1.5 hours late with the wrong pizza and no refund.

Worst experience by eat club. I am totally vegetarian and I ordered the dal makhni mini meal in that I got a chicken piece and when I raised a complaint for it they say that they cant do anything and not even giving the refund. They should atleast maintain different kitchens or divide the areas for the veg and non veg. I highly doubt their hygiene or making the food.

We had a voucher with Gavroche Restaurant in Chippendale in Sydney. On arrival we were told by Gavroche it had cancelled the voucher 2 days ago. This did not update the Eat Club website or booking so we did not know it had been cancelled and had redeemed the voucher this morning 11am. We turned up on time and were told there was no table. This is lousy customer service.

No communication and it didnt work.

Absolute garbage customer service, I have complained multiple times about venues being closed or the EFT facilities not working ( therefore eat club app not working ) and been given a $10 credit to use with in 2 weeks on both occasions after travelling all the venue and having to eat somewhere close by at full price. However on the last occasion not only did I not get a discount but I was charged 15 % more for service and a Sunday charge. When I reached out to eat club they said T & cs were their when I claimed it( I am not an idiot we always look) on top of that, the discount was still supposed to apply to the drinks and then radio silence from "support ". Obviously need to add a 15 % surcharge to employ some more help staff? Or more helpful staff ?

I was extremely disappointed to find a strand of hair in my recent lunch box order. This is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. As a result, I had to throw the food away without eating it.

I request a full refund for this order and expect the amount to be credited to my bank account as soon as possible.

Please look into this urgently and ensure better hygiene in the future.

All of their food tastes the same, and it's very annoying. Even if you order chicken, mutton, or egg, all taste the same.

However, the pizza is good.

Fraud of auto ratings 5 stars by EatClub itself.

The food ratings is automatically submitting when there is a problem with our order.

Fraud app. Worst marketing strategy.
I have ordered 2 items and 1 was missing from it. I get refunded for that item but the other charges which I spent in the order was not refunded.
Also, that order was automatically get rated to 3 star before I rate it my self to 1 star.
They are stealing not only the money but the trust as well
