My recent encounter has been a complete letdown. After receiving a partial order, I attempted to reach customer service by phone, only to be kept on hold for nearly two hours without any assistance. On the other hand, when I contacted them via email, I received a prompt response assuring me of a refund within 10 working days. However, it's now been three weeks, and I'm still waiting for my refund. When I contacted customer service again, they attributed the delay to a technical issue, stating that the refund got stuck in their system. I find this explanation rather unconvincing, especially considering the seamless processing of my initial payment.

I am so pleased with Campo grande!!!

Their meat is absolutely excellent and you can’t buy it anywhere else and the pigs eat acorns I could go on about that.

Every cut of meat is just amazing so full of flavor no need to use oil or butter In fact, you should not when cooking or grilling this meat.

I am on a fixed income and this will always be a part of my budget because I love it so much!

Now let’s talk about the customer service. There is no better customer service. They get back to me right away and if I have something that needs to change, they take care of it. No questions asked.

I have had many orders they always compact very nicely and frozen solid.

I am so pleased with them. I look for somewhere to review and glad I found this spot.

If you’ve never had any of their meat, you are in for a real treat.

There are many recipes and a cookbook, but honestly salt and pepper works because it is so flavorful.

My father was a butcher for 50 years and I never ever ever had anything like this.

**Meat arrived above 80°F — Campo Grande initially defended the shipment**

I was really looking forward to trying Campo Grande. Unfortunately, my order shipped Monday and arrived Thursday during 100-degree Texas summer weather.

When I opened the box, there was no dry ice remaining. The meat wasn't simply thawed or cool to the touch. It was warm, with some pieces feeling hot.

I contacted Campo Grande immediately and told them I had thrown the meat away because I did not consider it safe to eat.

Their initial response surprised me. They pointed out that the package had arrived within their 1–3 business day delivery window and explained that thawed meat can safely be refrigerated or refrozen.

But my complaint wasn't that the meat had thawed.

**It was warm.**

At their request, I went back out to the garbage, retrieved the packages, photographed them and checked the temperature. The meat was above 80°F. I sent them the pictures and temperature information.

I have no way of knowing how long perishable meat that arrived above 80°F had been at an unsafe temperature, so there was no chance I was going to serve it to my family or guests.

Shipping frozen meat in summer inevitably carries some risk. What bothered me most was the response. Once a customer reports that perishable meat arrived warm—not merely thawed—I would expect the first concern to be food safety and making the customer whole, not whether the package technically arrived inside the promised delivery window.

I have the photographs, temperature readings and complete email exchange documenting what happened.

I cooked the pork where it was still pink on the inside per the directions and it was terrible. I paid so much money for this meat, and it was chewy and gross. What a disappointment

Ordered 6 packages of Iberico Secreto Steak. The package weights in 4 of 6 cases were seriously under the minimum weight in the range advertised, seriously. The other two packages were barely above the minimum advertised. Out and out deceptive advertising. Have pics to validate. In process of asking Campo for resolution as the weight differences were in the 30 - 50% under range. And at $44/package that adds up fast.

Their pork is really good, but the beef sl at a premium price is some of the worst meat i've ever eaten in my life. Fatty tough chewy the worst money i've spent on beef in my entire sixty five years

they only ship on Tuesdays but if you read the FAQ, then you know what to expect.
Iberico quality has been good for all the 3+ years i've been ordering from this website.
yes, slightly pricey but they make up with free gifts and food quality is great.
