Odpowiedź od Easy Signs

Hi MD,

I really appreciate the time you took to talk with me yesterday about your experience. We value all feedback and want to ensure you that we use all feedback from our customers to help improve both our products and processes.

In this instance, although there was some confusion and delays during the processing of your artwork and some issues with emails being received, after your artwork was approved, the production time was our regular 1 business day, with your order being delivered by our courier the very next day.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the initial delay. We hope to work with you again.

Great quality product in a hurry! They were so easy to deal with and made my lack of organisation (of not ordering sooner) be a ‘non-issue’ Thank you

I recently purchased a banner and feather flags, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The design was absolutely spot on and exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Delivery was fast, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The business was easy to contact, responsive, and helpful throughout. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality signage and great service!

Fantastic quality of material. The colours are vibrant - would highly recommend getting the double sided if you're in a windy area so it can be read no matter what way the wind is blowing. I had an old pole so only got the sign. It's not a perfect fit but its still bloody excellent

The service and help by the designers to complete our tear drop banner valuable. I provided a basic design, images of our club logo, club trophy & QR code. The result for the price is fantastic. We purchased the premium base, water bladder and bag. I highly recommend these for all types of grounds the banner is used. I was surprised with the bag. It is well thought out with pockets for all items, including outside pocket for the base bars. The quality of the banner looks great. When displayed at the next club meeting, members went wow that looks good.

Very happy with the quality. The print matches the preview, and the flag is thick, durable, and well-made.
