Heavy 7kg base for flags is great! Easy to use and move
Quality poles and bases compared to our neighbouring business owners flag
Well made solid products
Extremely strong Flag Pole attachments
Amazing quality
Excellent product
Great quality product at a fair price
Great quality
Easy to out together
Very sturdy
Simple to put together but the poles should lock into each other. Was a bit painful to take out when some parts got stuck in packing away. Would be good to lock the pole to base so it’s not swivelling too much
Odpowiedź od Easy Signs
Hi James,
Thank you for your review of our Teardrop Banner pole sets!
We are sorry to hear that you had some troubles when removing the poles from the fabric. This is something that we will definitely look into and I will pass along your recommendation for the poles to lock together to hopefully avoid such problems in the future.
In regard to the base problem, this is actually how they are meant to move. The flag/base spindle should be free to swivel, if it is locked into place, there is a chance that the pole set could be bent in the wind and snap.
I hope that this is understandable and you still enjoy using the new flags.
If there is anything else that we can assist you with, do not hesitate to reach out.
I hope you have a great night and rest of your week!
Kind regards,
Zeke :D
