wonderful product
This is the second Banner we have purchased and I believe the shape has changed. It doesn't hang as well as the first one we bought unfortunately. The printing and manufacturing are excellent quality, it's just the way it hangs that is disappointing.
Artwork was true to what was sent. We are very happy with the quality and are pleased to give to our customers.

Very nice product for price
The material used is so thin it makes vibrant, colourful photos look like a watermark. Whilst the ordering process was prompt, clear and easy, I was disappointed with the product. The photos supplied were extremely colourful but the end result was transparent and difficult to read. I ordered a 1 sided bow banner so I expected the reverse side to be a faded reverse image of the front, but both sides were as insipid as each other. The response to my complaint was to expect this from the reverse side and it didn't acknowledge my disappointment with the front. :(
