Arrived late, took a whole week to arrive, can only track on an app that provides no way of communication, only ordered from this company for its fastest delivery times. Marked as delivered on Friday 1st may, searched my whole road for it, no one to speak to about this. Then today I received another delivery notification & had to search the street again! Eventually found in a block of flats up the road, good job the main door is broken or I wouldn’t have received it at all.
Bad experience, will not order from here again.

I needed 4 pots of pre op drink and used Easymeds as they advised that for an extra payment they could deliver within 1 to 2 days.
I ordered on the Monday and was received by Friday. I needed Wednesday evening. My Operation was 8am Thursday. So I now have 4 pots of drink to pour down the drain.

Ordered was processed and delivered faster than expected.

Although they usually don't ship to the U.S., Easymeds has made an arrangement to do so for me so I can get a product that I need very much and can't get elsewhere. It involves some work and inconvenience on their end, especially for their head order person Amar, and they do it gladly. I'm extremely grateful for this.

I ordered a pack of 28 assorted Fortijuice, at a total cost of just under £75 (inc. delivery), for my elderly Mother. Delivery was within a few days. I took the box to my Mother’s to open, and discovered 28 bottles of all one flavour. I sent an email saying I was not happy, and requested some bottles of other flavours as samples, and compensation for the inconvenience. I received a note of apology from Amar, (who I believe is a director of the company), and a request for a photograph of the bottles as he obviously didn’t believe me. This had to wait a few days until I returned to my Mother’s, but I sent the photos. Not sure why they wanted the photo as I have received nothing back from them, other than a sorry and they will take it up with the packing team. You didn’t mention my request….you could have just said no, at least that would have been an acknowledgement. I did also ask how to ensure I would get an assorted box should I reorder, but no mention has been made of that. They just asked if I wanted to send them back! For all reasons of practicality, I declined their offer. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from this company again, and have ordered from elsewhere at a slightly higher cost. You asked me to wait to do the review until my issue had been resolved. I have not heard from you for 9 days, so I guess as far as you are concerned the issue is resolved. I am still an unhappy customer, and very disappointed.
