Fabulous, fast and cost effective service, rented a cot for a friend’s baby and Lisa was just brilliant to deal with.

Not sure how to start a review for luggagestorage365.com however, it is part of the same company as reviewed.

The person/owner of this company seems to be really busy with other sub-contracted work to fulfil other jobs by supplying services out with his company! which obviously reflects on the few missed emails/texts, so communication was definitely not 5 star!

The fact that there is no other company that offers similar services as luggagestorage365.com (no fault of theirs) makes this the only business i found (with extensive google searching) to offer short term storage in Lanzarote! so don't waste your time searching online as it will lead to the same company. The amount of tourism this island gets all year round makes this situation bizarre, so hopefully someone else will rival with better options, times, & services to compete or the owner considers alternative options to adapt to flight times in question. Until that happens, this will be your only choice!

With the majority of flights leaving at night time for Glasgow with TUI at 11pm (not sure for the rest of UK) makes the short term service based on my time slot rather poor IMO (no later than 5pm for uplift) with no option to pay extra to have cases stored for a few hours more! I guess most couples/families who do not hire a car will have to wait it out and find a bar/restaurant until departure.

Fortunately for us (family of 5) we had a hire car (Peugeot 208) which was used as a storage bin after collecting luggage meaning we didn't have to lug cases about the streets of Puerto Del Carmen in 30 degree weather until we left at 8:30pm

As for price this seems to be fair at 5 euro per bag but any valuables will need to be either stored at your own risk or kept with you as you're not covered.

My honest review!

This was a really useful service that I heard about via a Facebook page for Playa Blanca.
I submitted my shopping list, received a quote that I accepted, arranged a delivery time. Everything I ordered was delivered on time by Kevin.
Normally I do our first shop and get a taxi back to the villa, this service was very helpful to us as we had included all the heavy items in our order, large bottles of water, all drinks etc, much more than I would have picked up on our first shop.
Would highly recommend the service offered by Kevin and will definitely contact him on our next visit.
He also had a very comprehensive list of items that he has for hiring.
