From the very first phone call I was put at my ease and assured that Easy EPC could and would help me. A booking for an EPC survey was made for a date that I requested and it all ran smoothly. The EPC tester was helpful, explained what he was doing and submitted his report on the same day.

Excellent customer service delivered with a smile
Booking the appointment was simple. The engineer was very pleasant, communicative and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and explained his findings to us in layman's terms before leaving. His report arrived very quickly after payment had been transferred.

Errors
Both EPC and EICR assessors made errors which took me a considerable amount of time, including getting and sending photos, to get corrected. If they spent a few minutes going through findings with clients this could be avoided.
