Our bathroom and ensuite have been a work in progress over a number of years. Charlie-Ann has been incredibly patient and helpful during the whole process, which enabled me to get my vision to implementation exactly as I wanted to. She knew all of the products and the brochures inside out and was able to provide brilliant technical and design advice and made as many iterations as I needed. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Our experience with Easy Bathrooms has been appalling. A confirmed delivery was cancelled on the morning it was due, causing £270 in lost earnings. Staff first said compensation was possible, then completely backtracked.
Communication has been chaotic throughout. My phone number was confirmed several times yet never updated, meaning we received no delivery call. The order was left unattended without permission, and one item arrived damaged.
It got even worse at the Uckfield showroom. We were given incorrect measurements and then misled about returning a radiator. We were explicitly told it could be returned outside the 28-day window if the box wasn’t ripped. We returned it—box intact—only for the same staff member to refuse it and change his story. We have now paid for two radiators unnecessarily and are over £500 out of pocket.
Incompetence, misinformation and contradictory staff explanations at every stage.
Unable to get through to customer services on the advertised number and they said ‘we’ll look into it and call you back’ - with no return call ever.
I strongly advise avoiding Easy Bathrooms, they are anything but Easy.

I found the staff new about thier products and were very helpful. I ordered my bathroom fittings and the delivery was arranged and all went to plan, so my fitters could get on with the job. The company have very good showrooms and i was able to see the

product and the quality. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful bathroom but quite possibly the worst salesperson ever. Condescending, annoyed at us as we didn’t have accurate measurements, wouldn’t give a rough quote and told me to look up the prices myself in the brochure. Wanted us out of the store as most probably our toddlers were annoying and not a big enough commission on a not a complete bathroom. The shop was also empty so it wasn’t as if he didn’t have the time. No smiles or politeness. We left feeling deflated and awful. A horrible experience. We won’t be going back to the Uckfield branch.

Fabulous customer service. Jonathan is clearly hugely experienced, was fabulous and very patient with both of us changing our minds about where we wanted things to go as well as a complete turnaround in colour scheme! He then made our requests come to life on 3d which was great.
Really nice friendly showroom, will leave another review when all fitted but have been really impressed so far!

Firstly, I would like to say that Easy Bathrooms were extremely swift in measuring and installing our en-suite as we had restraints on our availability, and we were extremely pleased with the progress. Sadly, that is where the praise stops. A trivial issue regarding poor and quite frankly shoddy workmanship has now left us with a leaking shower tray. This has been on going since july. Easy bathrooms have ignored emails, phone calls, voice mails. When you do speak to someone they tell you they will get the right person to call you back. This has not happened once! The after care and customer service is the worst we have experienced from a company as large and popular as this. This was the first time we have used Easy Bathrooms and from our experience it will be the last. We are extremely disappointed in the way we have been treated and we would encourage the company to revisit its values and standards when it comes to it customers, especially in the aftercare / post installation department.

David in Uckfield showroom was an amazing help
and made every effort to ensure we were happy with
our purchase. Have bought from them before and their products are far superior to the usual retailers.

Great showroom helpful staff reasonable price delivered on time to the door excellent service

Dan was very helpful in working out how many floor tiles and wall tiles we needed for our kitchen also recommending the right colour grout .
We also brought cladded ceiling panels for our bathroom.
Both look great .
