Real products in a real showroom setting
It’s great to see so many products in a real showroom setting. I bought three mirrors and all arrived on time and as expected. The first one has been unwrapped and installed and looks great. Hopefully the other two will be installed in the next two weeks.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Helped us with the design and ordering of our bathroom furniture. Not all of the items were available on the day but this didn’t seem to be a problem as we had not moved into our new home. Unfortunately, when the time arrived I realised that the delivery hadn’t included all the cupboards. I quick call to the team and they responded by having items redirected in record time and ensured we had a working ensuite.

Great Service quality Suites

En Suite Replacement
Everything was perfect but when the toilet was unpacked it was cracked so had to be replaced. Hence 4 stars instead of 5. This was done immediately. Very happy. Would use them again

Jay was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish He sorted everything from how many tiles and panels we needed aswell as offering shower options that would best go( shower is amazing thank you.) Jay is very knowledgeable about the products and what colours go best together.Would definitely recommend using Poole Easybathrooms as all

DREADFUL customer service!
DREADFUL customer service!! will not be buying from them again which is a shame as we are renovating so they would of had alot of return custom from us. The manager Ben needs to be demoted to sales associate and learn some customer service skills before hes taken on as a manager!! Ben failed to order a sample of the tile we requested, we returned to store a week later, still no sample so had to re order through a very helpful lady. When the sample arrived we ordered the tiles half of them arrived smashed, phoned the poole branch and spoke to the manager ben again. No empathy for the situation and very rude on the phone. I Sent over photos as requested, I phoned the next day to ask for an update on the redelivery the manager ben claimed I hadnt sent the photos so there was nothing he could do. I went into the store 10 minutes after our phonecall to prove I had, he scrolled down his emails and guess what all the photos were there!!! another day wasted. Again no apology for yet ANOTHER mistake of his!!! AWFUL, RUDE, INCOMPETANT SERVICE! Still yet to be resolved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
