I used Easy Bathrooms to supply the items required to refit a family bathroom, an ensuite bathroom and a cloakroom. Bailey came to my house took all the measurements and created CAD drawings for each room. Havant has a limited selection of items to view so he recommended we visit the Fareham showroom as they have much more to offer.

I selected the items, Bailey provided design drawings and a quote and I placed the order. The items arrived as agreed. On inspection one item was broken but it was replaced within a few days.

Easy Bathrooms offer an installation service but it was very expensive. I received quotes from 4 independent contractors who were 40-50% the cost of Easy. Additionally I was advised that an Easy installation does not include any painting whilst each independent fitter included that in their quotes!

The 3 rooms have been completed and I am very satisfied with the results and the quality and price of the Easy Bathrooms products.

I would recommend that you confirm with your fitter that all items Easy quote for are actually necessary prior to placing the order, as I was offered several items on the quotation which the fitter said he supplies, so removed them from the order. Additionally on delivery of the products you should unpack them all and check for any damage as their returns policy is quite time limited and you need them in advance of your installation date.

We had a really good experience, Bailey and the chaps at Havant Branch were very patient and helpful. The only problem was when we finally fitted the shower screen the stability bar for the shower was not the correct size and we had to pay £160 for the correct one. Luckily I had a refund coming, so it only cost £80, but still an unexpected payment. It’s is really good quality and overall a pleasant experience.

Bailey was very helpful and came up with a layout that fitted our requirements. Our order was delivered on time and was well wrapped so nothing was damaged.

The products are excellent and the delivery was on time and we received every item that we ordered. The only reason for four stars is that the sales person lacked experience and forgot to add an important item to the order. We would recommend them.

A huge thank you to Bailey at the Havant Showroom who was so helpful with the issue I had regarding a thermostat. He kept me informed with everything and was polite and showed great customer service.

Your Havant and Portsmouth branches staff were very helpful with the process of purchasing items from your stores.

I bought a bathroom cabinet £540 plus when I opened the box the mirror door was damaged.
Reported this to Easy Bathrooms who used their get out clause to relive their liability.

The one person that made my experience so good was the young man who helped me on my first visit and who I collected my tiles from. He was so helpful! His name is Bailey. Helpful not pushy. Got me samples and I’d recommend Easy Bathrooms because of him.
