Great customer service
We had an absolutely outstanding experience and couldn’t be more impressed with Easy Bathroom. From start to finish, the level of customer care was exceptional. Will was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was perfect. He would promptly reply to our queries and requests. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and thoughtful.
What really stood out to us was Will’s willingness to go above and beyond. Every interaction felt smooth, professional, and welcoming, leaving us confident that we were in great hands. We would highly recommend Will to anyone looking for a reliable and truly enjoyable experience. Quality Products and Great Service
The sales team at Edmonton were great. Ernest was very knowledgeable and Liam was very helpful when we decided to swap the heated towel rail after delivery for a bigger one.
Our plumber commented on how good the quality of the items were and the bathroom looks fantastic.
The only issue we had was that the sink unit was damaged and although they agreed to swap it we had to chase up about delivery… they had tried once to call but didn’t leave a message or email. It didn’t matter to us as we had plenty of time for when the plumber was coming but could have been an issue.
We would definitely purchase from them again if we need to.
