Good quality and good service recommend

Both Andy and Phil were extremely helpful throughout. Excellent customer service. Will 100% be returning next time we need a new bathroom

We bought the products from Anisha at the Crewe branch. She and Andy and the team were helpful and efficient and provided great service. The delivery team kept in contact and the products were delivered as promised.

Staff were ok and helpful. Prices extortionate Bond it grip bond x 2 £34.80 B and Q same £14.98. Delivery charge £85.00 for 2 shower panels, 4 trims, and a tube of sealant. The delivery driver didn’t have a clue was about to drive off with part of the order namely 2 of the 4 trims, the 2 bond it grip bonds were missing and he could not explain why. Never again.

Customer service is poor, won’t be using you again or recommending Easy Bathrooms to any of my customers!
I’m a Gas engineer/Plumber as I was in the trade told I could return a bag of adhesive and grout, due to a customer changing there mind. Arrived at the Crewe store with the materials only to be told I couldn’t return the items as they weren’t paid for on a credit account. What difference should a cash purchase or credit account make for the Trade.
Staff very unhelpful no apology for a wasted journey.

The staff in the shop were good and helpful, the delivery was not so good the info states kerbside but wasnt expecting on a pallet in pooring rain and unable to check anything , the way it was packed was very unstable and i had to stop it from falling when removal from truck , also some trims had incorrect names on and 2 of them ,were taken to stoke on trent shop (luckily) because i had to pick them up, (and had my name on them), when finally got packages in house the names of shower unit were different to catalogue thinking i had signed for a different unit not until i had contacted shop was told it was corret very confusing , also some of the corners of the shower wall panels were slight damaged but the trims were sufficient to hide damage.

Andy at Easy Bathrooms in Crewe was really helpful and helped us get the look we were after.
Nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were very helpful, never rushing us. The entire purchasing experience was very relaxed. The item we ordered arrived on time, and the salesman assisted us getting it into the car. Excellent service. Thank you.

Got what we were looking for, although a little more expensive than we thought.

As i live in London and have been to so many showrooms but end up buying my bathroom from the Crewe branch.
Andy and Anisha were most helpful and the showroom had a very good selection to choose from.
Andy was with us from the beginning and had so much patience with us. He gave us so much support & Ideas and covered every aspect as we had 2 bathrooms to cover.
Can not thank enough to all the staff. Andy you are the best.
The knowledge of Andy and the patience of Anisha made our 2 bathroom projects very easy & happy one.

We returned to Easy Bathrooms for our house renovation after a great experience with our bathroom tiles. The team were outstanding, going the extra mile by ordering in large sample tiles so we could choose the perfect colour. Special mention for Andy who personally delivered them to our home despite their weight. Their service was professional, friendly, and truly above and beyond, making the process smooth and stress-free. Although our order couldn’t go ahead due to manufacturer delays, we were very impressed with Easy Bathrooms and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Andrew and Ian were very helpful, at no point during the sale process did they pressure me to make a purchase. Both allowed lots of time to make final decisions about particular products. I didn't feel rushed.
Ian offered sensible, technical advice regarding the size and capacity of products. This enabled me to choose appropriate alternatives relative to their size and perfomance. Before finalising the purchase, Ian went through the entire oder, item by item to check all was corect. This was very reassuring.
Andrew offered excellent follow up customer service, confirming payment and delivery dates.

We received great customer service from Andy, Phil and the team at Crewe Easy Bathrooms. Their product knowledge was excellent which made choosing the right bathroom for us a relatively easy process, despite the extensive range of bathrooms on show! Would highly recommend their services.

Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Delivery was on time.

Update: so Easy bathrooms responded to my review saying they wanted the feedback team to look into the problems we had. That was on 7th November. I replied straight away as they requested. Guess what? It’s now 27th November and not heard from them. Surprise surprise!! Keep hold of your money. Do not use this company!

Don’t even know where to begin other than DO NOT use this company. Problems from start to finish. Wouldn’t even give one star! Parts delivered wrong, twice, customer services never return calls, store takes no responsibility. Technical team told us parts had been sent when they hadn’t. Shower seal was split on arrival, end caps for the shower missing. Key parts we needed to finish off the shower have to be bought separately, apparently, £83 for a bracket (!!!) which no one told us about! Email from Easy bathrooms to say bracket would be delivered on 30th October, never arrived. Two calls to the store and three calls to customer services who said they would “look into it”. 5 days later still waiting for that call back!!! In the end I rang the supplier myself and got it sorted. The store then had the cheek to ring up and say they’d had an email to say the part would be delivered this week. I know, I sorted it!!!!!!!!! How can a customer sort something in 5 minutes but 2 staff from the store and 3 people from customer services can’t!!!!!!!

Very helpful and informative about products; the installation process and pricing of items. No power selling - good discussions about products; tiles and flooring. Phil at Grand Junction Way, Crewe -could not have been more helpful. Everything was clear and definitely a two-way conversation to realise my ideas for a new bathroom. Thank you very much.

The help in designing the bathroom in the Crewe shop was excellent. The knowledge of the staff was invaluable. The overall experience was excellent as we must have been in to the shop at least 8 times, before the design was confirmed. Delivery was also good.
The quality of all the fixtures and fittings are outstanding

I highly recommend the store in Crewe, especially thanks to the presence of Ms. Dominika.
Dominika gives excellent advice, has in-depth knowledge of materials and building regulations. I consider her an outstanding professional and advisor.
If it weren't for her, my wife would not have decided on the bathroom design.
