Beautiful bathroom furniture, very good quality, very classy.

I went in to this store with a a little bit of a idea of the bathroom i wanted for mt daughters ensuit and the employees in there was anazing they went out they way to sit ask questions the kinda stuff my daughter was in to colours extra . And i left with a desgin that i know my daughter is going to love.

The staff were most helpful, ensuring we had all the kit we needed to refurbish two complete bathrooms. The products were delivered on time and are absolutely lovely.

Initial impression was that it was a wonderful company to have my bathroom from, however the staff are useless the didn’t get anything right on my PROFESSIONAL FREE BATHROOM DESIGN not enough tiles were ordered even though I supplied them my room dimensions, we got told that extra tiles have been added for breakages and cuts so had to pay another300 pound on tiles and 75 pound delivery fee, also they forgot to add my sink waste kit and the plumping pipes for the sink did not fit so had to source replacement. Quality of the products isn’t the issue as they are of good quality and we are very pleased with it, but the staff at the store are so rude they would not admit to the mistakes they made, they are so rude which I was on the end of several times when I tried to say i shouldn’t be made to pay another delivery fee also had to pay more money for the missed items as the offer wasn’t the same as when I placed the initial order a few weeks previous . I would not recommend this company to any one based on the staff at the Cardiff store would advise anyone looking at this store to avoid.

I had a bathroom design in store and it went well. The guy was helpful but he put ceramic tiles for flooring which is not suitable. I ordered online the same items on the quotation given to me in store without realizing the tiles are not suitable. After my builder realized those are the wrong tiles I tried speaking to easy bathrooms to replace the tiles but no one is willing to help. The online team are asking me to speak to the store and store are asking me to speak to the online team, despite it is their mistake designing a bathroom with ceramic floors! They consider themselves as separate companies. I don't recommend dealing with this company.

The only reason I made this purchase is that Easy Bathrooms wouldn’t accept the return of my original shower surround even though the shop had entered the order incorrectly. Again they entered it wrong but luckily I noticed on the receipt and had it amended before delivery. Nice product but terrible service

All products arrived immaculate and we were impressed with the packaging of these items.

Great service all round.

We wanted a small downstairs loo and sink replaced. There was only one that fitted (which we expected- it’s a tiny space!). We had a good choice of colours and loo’s. The end result looks stylish and smart. The only slight issue was one part going from the loo to the wall didn’t fit, but our fitters easily bought a new part. All in all a really good experience with you. Thank you.

I bought a small radiator 400 x 600 & with it you sold me brackets & connectors.
But when I opened the box with the radiator in it, there were brackets attached to it.
So, the £16 i spent on additional brackets were a waste of money.

The staff in the Cardiff store were excellent but due to a picking mistake in The warehouse I lost two weeks rent. I’ve repeatedly asked the guys in the store to get the customer service guys to phone me as I want some compensation but I’m just being ignored. Once again I will repeat the guys in the store couldn’t be better but it’s another story for the people in the head office.

The quality of products is good but a negative experience relating to delivery, refusal of assistance when a shower screen planned by an employee of the company proved to be too big and lack of any response to two emails to customer care means I will never buy from or recommend Easy bathrooms in the future. Instead of being an exciting bathroom refit it has been an anxiety fuelled time with a huge financial insult. Never again! Totally unhelpful when things go wrong

The staff in the Cardiff branch were extremely helpful in selection , ordering and delivery . With a few minor delivery issues they helped sort it out satisfactorily.
I would recommend them.

Great service from the Cardiff store and part team, able to source the part needed to repair the damaged cupboard. Damaged by poor workmanship from the plumber we had fit it, nothing to do with easy bathrooms.
