Very pleased with our shower room and the guy in the showroom was very helpful the outset.
I have only given 4 stars as I thought the delivery charge of £75 was excessive.
Also our shower head broke after only 5 weeks but Easy bathrooms were great and we had a replacement with a few days.

Products very good exceptional service very happy with everything

We were sold the wrong shower enclosure even though we went through the size with them four times. When we went to take it back we were told it was our fault which was a blatant faced lie. Would not use again.

The layout and numerous displays were really helpful. The friendly professional staff were on hand but not pushy if you needed help. We placed our orders with George whose customer service and engagement with us was exceptional.

Please read the below in great detail as this will help you.

1. If you value your money, home and family, please avoid at all costs.
2. Do Not buy from this company, as they do not stick by their words and the 10 Year Warranty's and Guarantees... Its day light robbery and a Con.
3. The instore team only know how to sell, they have no Technical Knowledge.
4. There Enclosures are poorly manufactured Chinese products that only last 4 months..Maximum 1 Year.
5. There customers services team have not been helpful at giving me the customer after providing evidence after evidence my money back and or even store credit as their products have failed.
6. The shower enclosures are poor as the glass only is secured in by push on seals.
7. The shower enclosure glass lets in water and finds its way around to the front and sits on the outside cheap rubber seal.
8. Bridget, Zackery and all the Team at the Winterstoke Road Branch are useless sales people.
9. Tom at Technical services is working via Scrip and not really interested in his Job and or serving a failed product.
10. Tom, wanted me to remove the glass and replace the rubber seal as the glass unit is allowing water to get into its Frame, which demonstrates that Easy Bathrooms are not Machining in the Glass, its only secured in with a cheap rubber seal. Tom, If you read this, You come and do it, its your cheap product and or Craig Waddington, your the owner right.. you and your team manufacture these cheap enclosures, then if you are a true and honest business man, you come and do it or give me my money back.. I have two the same enclosures that have failed.
11. I am trying to upload pics to show all you but Trust Pilot will not allow.
12. Overall Easy bathrooms, have given me and family allot of stress, pressure and mental distress.. please stay away and go elsewhere.. Easy Bathrooms only want money.. There instore managers are useless and their customer services is horrible, the worst I have even come across.
