Really helpful, knowledgable and great customer service. Every question I had was answered with support and great service.

Quick delivery from Burlington to store for collection , prompt communication from store, helpful staff.
However be careful when ordering Burlington products from Easy Bathrooms as was told any problem with Burlington was not covered by their own terms and conditions.
Although they encouraged a call to customer services if there was a problem . ( and it was only a toilet seat )

My sink was smashed into 4 pieces I went into the shop to complain and was told they would not replace it and I had to go all the way to Wakefield and buy a replacement which cost me £131.00 as it was longer than 48 hours before I checked I will never shop with your company again and I’ve told all my friends and family not to shop with you

Everything went like a dream we now have our new bathroom and it’s absolutely stunning. Gina was so helpful with everything . Nothing was too much trouble from going in to pick our new bathroom to it being delivered. I would highly recommend easy bathrooms.

We had an excellent experience purchasing from Easy Bathrooms. Was a full bathroom, including tiles. Ben the salesman, was very helpful and knowledgeable, making the experience so easy.

What an unpleasant experience at Barnsley! Went in hoping to get guidance on a complete bathroom makeover. The middle aged woman in glasses sitting at a desk could barely look at me, just waved in the general direction of the showroom and said something along the lines of 'that's all we've got'! Amazing showroom I must say, but when I asked for a specific brand, again, just dismissed as if I'd asked her to come and do the renovation herself. Honestly, if you're that unhappy at work, find somewhere else. She might just have been having a bad day but a horrible attitude. Ended up at plumbase where they couldn't have been more helpful

Gina, Sean & Ben at the Barnsley shop were brilliant. I mostly dealt with Sean who definitely has a gift for sales 😄. The ordering process was quick & straightforward. The goods arrived & were all well packaged & undamaged. There was a minor glitch & muddle with a missing item but this was resolved within a few days. These things are annoying but when the team works hard to put it right, that says something positive about the company.

Nothing was too much trouble. Staff at showroom helpful n knowledgeable. Delivery drivers polite n efficient n honest. Staff at depot no issues with returns n helpful on getting further items sorted.
