Looks like a scam site of some kind. Clicked on the contact button for several houses for rent, only to be told the house is either in negotiation or the listing has changed. Needs taking down.

Absolute scam site , pics don't match description, and in one case the person living in the property knew nothing of the fact it was supposedly being rented out, I would also like this site to stop sending anything

I also think it's a fake site. Advertising a property in an area I was interested in. Only pic was from outside. No further pics and impossible to move further through the links without being bombarded with dodgy adverts. No contact phone number either. Bogus company, beware!

I have just found a house for sale on the 'easyavvisi' site, which is dated January 2023. This house belongs to my daughter and son-in-law, and is definitely not for sale. My original search was through Mitula.co.uk and was somehow passed to 'easyavvisi'. This company, which is not in UK, appears to have fingers in many pies, and seems to be thoroughly untrustworthy.

There are tempting looking houses up for rent but no way of finding the details to contact the landlord or agency. The amount of adverts is more than average.

The whole site feels like it's clickbait or a way of getting hold of your details. I feel that, if I were to log in or create an account, my personal details would end up somewhere suspicious or dodgy. I would avoid.

i think its either a decoy porn or dating site. extremely annoying. pages never load fully and a lot of distracting links to dating sites. cant be trusted

This is a useless site. Tried to pull up details of a house for sale and nothing happens, just page full of advertisements and no details about the house I was looking for. Tried many times to get details.

Sta pubblicando le foto del mio appartamento come se fosse in affitto (cosa che non lo è) e per di più non so nemmeno chi si celi dietro questo portale. Nè ho mai avuto contatti il portale di annunci né li ho mai autorizzati a pubblicare nulla di mio

Sito super inutile. Quando clicchi su un immobile ti indirizza ad altre pagine, si blocca e non fa vedere le foto.
Inoltre impossibile mettersi in contatto con loro.

Sito inutile . Ogni annuncio non corrisponde alla realtà , spesso non si apre e anzi , si aprono altre dieci pagine inutili ( spesso con riferimenti sessuali !!! )
Non ho capito perché sta ancora lì .

Per me, è un sito inutile!
Attraverso i rimandi di AUTOUNCLE ho trovato solo auto che sono già state rimosse dai venditori o che gli stessi risultano praticamente anonimi.
La gallery fa veder solo 2 o 3 foto per auto.
In calce ad ogni offerta campeggia la dicitura:
"E' in corso la verifica sull'accuratezza dei dati del post",
il cui concetto non mi è ancora chiaro.
Adesso, ad esempio, sto vedendo un annuncio di Tricars.it, a Parma, per una Peugeot 207 sw da 95 cv a GPL ad € 2.990 (avevo messo il link, ma mi è stato detto che non è consentito) e andando sul sito del rivenditore non c'è traccia del veicolo.
Come quest'altra:
Kia cee'd Sp. Wag. 1.4 109CV LX Bi-Fuel Benzina ad € 2.900
che è stata già venduta ed il rivenditore, VEGA Cars in provincia di Venezia, mi dice di averla rimossa da una settimana circa.

Sito scadente, più che altro sembra un sito truffa, ti apre nuove pagine continuamente.

Servizio efficiente, facile per acquistare.

Sito di annunci semplice. Pubblichi ciò che vuoi vendere definisci il livello di visibilità che vuoi dare al tuo annuncio ed hai finito. I contatti arrivano sia via email che telefonicamente.

Copia o inventa annunci per mostrare delle pubblicità agli utenti.
Informazioni di contatto degli annunci inesistenti.
La registrazione non funziona.
Una fregatura

Pessimo sito per quanto riguarda le auto: gli annunci sembrano copiati e incollati da altri siti ma privati delle informazioni utili a contattare il venditore. Nel vedere le foto ed espandere il testo dell'annuncio si aprono nuove inutili schede e, per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza su questo sito, il 95% degli annunci è vecchio.

- Per vendere,
- Per affittare.
Insomma poter fare ogni tipo di affare online.
