Bought 2 sets of ear seeds and neither set had the instructions or ear map. One was a gift for my daughter in law who is a little sceptical so I didn’t want her to have to start searching the internet for instructions!
Since we haven’t been able to try them I could only give 2 stars.
The packaging felt expensive though.

Ordered this which did take 2 weeks to come. They look really good however they never came with any instructions so I'm unable to use them. They did when I emailed send me a PDF file of instructions however the only device I have won't open PDF so I'm not sat hoping they sent out a booklet which should have come. Potentially if the book doesn't turn up then theybhave turned out to be a waste of money. Looking at Facebook reviews many people have not had the book so they advertise you get a book and don't!

Items not delivered, made contact following royal mail stating they hadnt received the items from you so was told otbwould be followed up but orders were delayed due to the season. This was never something I was told.
Since recipient this email though I still have nit yet recieved my order from the 27th Dec 25.
Very dissapointed and probably wouldn't order again.

Update - I got a refund after several days for the lack of postage and also a free gift (£7 accupunture ring) as a way of an apology, the reply from the company below says 'gifts' plural which is again misleading, I am not confident in the way this company conducts itself.

I have been using ear seeds for a month now and have found them very helpful. I use them for anxiety and they help me when it starts to get too much.

Did a contact about returning, heard nothing be ages now.

Never recieved the items I had bought unfortunately.

Customer service were great quick delivery.

The order took a considerable amount of time to arrive. Upon receipt, I found that the instructions and the protocol ear map were missing. This was disappointing, as these materials are essential for proper use of the product

used for first time few weeks ago to help with sleep, worked great, but placed another order & haven't received it so have ran out?

Advertising says instructions are included but there was nothing in either box that I received over Christmas. On the Facebook page I see others have the same problem. I have emailed but had no response. I have zoomed in on images on the website to know where to place the seeds but have not noticed any benefits yet.

0- I ordered 13th December never reieved anything, asked them 3 times where my order is and to canceled and refund. I just get told its being shipped... what a joke!

This is my 2nd order as they do seem to help with menopausal symptoms however delivery is extremely slow which isn’t great at all (11 days to arrive). Also the 2 boxes I received didn’t have any guides in like other people have complained about too. Thankfully I kept them from my last order but shouldn’t they be in every box ??

I have ordered 3 boxes. One of which I thought was on buy 1 get one free but it was the new ones I ordered not the old, so I lost out on the offer.
I wrote about not receiving instructions with that box. I have received the other 2 boxes again and there are no instructions inside either of them.
This is frustration and unprofessional. I have paid for them. I was gifting one to my daughter but with no instructions they are of no use.

Two packages arrived without the ear site map … I contacted you to be told it will follow … still waiting

Absolutely brilliant. Took a few try’s to get them in the position. Been on them now for about 6 weeks. Anxiety and stress levels come right down

After waiting an AGE for my ear seeds to arrive - when they finally did they had no instructions or ear maps!! This seems to be a common theme since reading all the reviews - why can’t the company get this sorted?!?! I have emailed twice and had no response. Again a common theme. Will not be purchasing again as I STILL can’t use them after ordering on 21st December!! If not rectified ASAP I will be asking for a full refund.
