No job was too much trouble for them and they were punctual and did exactly as they promised and completed the job within the time frame given.
They even went above and beyond to clean up after themselves once the job was complete, wish there were more companies out there operating like this.

Used Easigrass for a large area in my back garden. Being such a large company I expected everything to go smoothly.

The day before they were due to arrive I hadn't heard from them. I had no idea what time theh were coming, if I needed to be home, what access they needed. So I contacted them and they did reply. I didn't feel I should have had to chase them.

They arrived, granted the weather was awful for the most part of the job and theh did get it done. But the mess they made was horrendous. It took me 3 hours to clean it up. The street was left in such a mess I had to pressure wash it, alongside my garden, empty my hot tub because sand had been blown everywhere. I just had a patio laid and I never had any mess that wasn't dealt with by the installer. I contacted easigrass... they didn't offer to come and sort it.

Whilst laying the grass, they also laid grass over patio slavs which meant my children couldn't open their playhouse door. When I contacted Easigrass, they said they wouldn't deal with it. When I explained actually this wasn't part of the job I booked, they came and dealt with it on the second attempt, after failing to keep the original appointment.

Finally, a month down the line, I had a knock at the door this morning from a local plant company who Easi grass contracted to remove the rubbish etc. They haven't been paid by Easigrass. Over £7.5k Easigrass had from me and they cannot be bothered to pay their contractors! I did not appreciate the intrusion or feeling stuck in the middle of this!

In all honesty, find a small local company to lay your grass. I've got video footage from my cctv of a member of their staff sitting all over my garden furniture with his feet up, picking his nose, and in all honesty the hassle is not worth it for their massive price tag. I've found local small businesses care about their name and reputation. Easigrass couldn't care less, they just roll onto the next massive job with their hand out for payment.

Amazing customer service (had an issue outside of the greas - no ones fault) which was dealt with above and beyond. As for the grass , looks stunning and I am extremely happy with it, Interacted with a few of the workers and the director all of whom were friendly ,professional, hardworking and great at their job. I am more than pleased with the look of the grass and the service I received from the moment I called them .

It has been a very smooth process with Easigrass. Each member of the team is professional from the quote stage, survey and the install team. The installers really took care and the workmanship seems to be of a very high standard. Thanks in particular to Mason and Jason for all their assistance before the installation and on the day.

Great team. Everyone along the way has been super helpful and easy to communicate with. Love the grass and will look forward to using them in a year for maintenance.

We're really happy with how our garden has turned out. We now have a great space for our kids to play in. The lads did a great job, and very pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend.

From the first contact it was a great experience for us. With having a few dogs we were finding it really difficult keeping our lawn 'presentable'. Neil talked us through the options and came back with a very competitive quote. We instructed them and Jon and his team were with us in a couple of weeks and smashed out a great job.

This was about 5 months ago now and I can say it still looks and feels as good as new.

Revised review due to dip post installation (see last paragraph) : The pre installation and installation service was super efficient - team arrived at the designated time, completed the job ahead of time and the site was left clean and tidy. Everyone from Easigrass we liased with was very professional, easy to talk to and very quick responding. Happy with the look of the grass too.

Sadly just months after installation a dip appeared in an area where a tree had been some years previously. I reported this a number of times and was told each time someone would come on site and review no one ever came but moths later I was told it was because a tree was there ( which the installers knew when quoted and said they could fill gap , compact etc ) . Now if I want the dip to be filled in I need to pay another £500 so ... I am revising my review - grass looks great in completely flat areas, if area needs levelling and if there was a tree in any place ( albeit years ago) then be aware you may get a huge dip and even if it appears months after installation you will be asked to pay to have it filled in again. Right now I am waiting to see just how much more it dips as do not want to keep paying out £500+ to fix newly laid lawn.
