My experience with Earthly Jewels has been extremely delightful. Finally after getting my hands on the product I was so happy and satisfied with the purchase. The finish was beautiful, the box and packaging was perfect.

Above all my constant interaction with Tejash was great, he understood my needs and provided with the right information. I would highly recommend purchasing from them!!!

Do not trust this brand. They will give you a defective piece and prolong the redelivery of the product if you ask for it to be fixed.

Initial delivery happened with a ring that had it's prongs bent which would have meant the solitaire would have anytime fallen off. I asked for a repair of the defect and a resizing for which they took literally 2 months to deliver back.

Once I got it back, the prongs still have defects in the way it's aligned and they took another month to share recalculations only to show that I had to pay more and that they were waiving it off so I don't ask for the refund on the corrected gold.

Totally unprofessional and never stick to their delivery timelines. Many a times bluff on when they ship the product too. Order on your own risk.

I ordered for solitaire ear studs. They were made to my choice and delivered to me in record time
