great bikes and great service
The 4th Early Rider bike we have bought, such great people, excellent service. A part was missing and they called back from their personal mobile at 6.30pm at night and posted the next day. Great company and amazing bikes

Great service, great bikes, wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.
Great service. I placed an order and soon realised I had made a mistake with part of the order. A quick phone call to the customer service team and they sorted everything for me in less than 5 minutes, absolutely brilliant!
On a side note, I would certainly recommend buying these bikes, my sons 14’’ trail bike withstood being accidentally ran over by a Tiguan and the only parts that broke were one pedal and the rubber handle bar covers. The frame remained in tact, amazing. I doubt any other bike would have faired so well.

Absolutely Fantastic! Seeker 14
Absolutely fantastic bit of kit, my 4 year old has been on a balance bike since he was around 2 years old and mastered it to the point he didn't want to leave it. We tried some cheaper bikes and he never took to them, never felt solid on it and ditch them within minutes.
I read good things about the seeker 14 and got hold of one. Within an hour he's away, feels at one with the bike and went full send. Super impressed, the balance of the bike and the light weight nature of it make it perfect and has to be considered as the only option for first riders.
He doesn't want to put it down now and I couldn't be happier so thank you for making such a good range of bikes, when my son outgrows the 14 I'll be putting him up a size for sure. 👍🏼💪🏼

Nice bike, little scratch
The bicycle it looks great. Very light and easy to ride. I can’t give 5 stars just because it came with two small scratches. It’s not a big deal but when you paying more then 400£ for a bike you don’t expect this thing.

Brilliant bike
Brilliant bike , well made and looks brilliant. Would be perfect bike if they had the rear bottom triangle come slightly more forward and wider for feet to go to practice keeping feet up. Can't fault the bike and the wee one loves it

Great service from Early Rider (again)
Great service from Early Rider (again). This is my second purchase and the quality, components used, build and service remain impeccable.
There are ‘cheaper’ brands out there but I’d argue you get what you pay for; and value for money you don’t need to look elsewhere!

Difficult Customer Experience
Hi team, bought a brand new Seeker 20. The rear caliper blew a piston immediately. The support experience was difficult. The support phone number listed at the US website was out of service. I finally got in contact with Adam via email on a Friday, but the part didn't ship for another week, and when it did it was from the UK. In total it took 3 weeks from notifying support until my son could ride his new bike, and all for a $26 part.
