Best Bikes for kids available anywhere
We live in Kenya and I think that these are the best bikes available for children that I have found anywhere in the world. They are lightweight, well designed and well spec'd.
We have owned five as a family, which have served our three daughters growing up.
They perform really well, they last, and they have a very high resale value. ER's customer service is also first class.

What a beautiful bike
Our son has the Bella velio. He's only just starting to crawl but it is fantastic for his general coordination and balance.
The bike is out of this world quality and almost verging on a work of art. The components are really high quality and it looks fantastic. Setting it up was easy and it will be fun watching him scoot round the house when he's old enough.

Fab service and great bikes
The staff were super friendly and helpful in arranging a trial and then answering our questions and advising on the best bikes for our boys.
Our boys loved trialling the bikes to make sure we got the right size etc for their height and ability.
We had our bikes delivered by Kenneth who went out of his way to assemble the bikes and deliver them to make sure it was delivered in time for our son’s birthday. Super helpful and kind.
The bikes themselves look fantastic and are nice and light.

Great after sales
My son's fork broke in an accident and Early Rider was able to sell us a new one after contacting them per email. The whole process was really smooth, quick and we even got a little discount since we would have to import it from the UK in the EU.

Excellent customer service…
Received excellent customer service from the team at Early Rider. They went above and beyond to help me with a new replacement frame and parts. They even installed the new headset that I ordered free of charge. I’d highly recommend Early Rider for their quality products and superb customer service.

Pre ordered came early.
Pre ordered the Bella velio delivery date was the 01/01/2024. Was surprised to receive a posted email 3 weeks early.
This was meant to be a late Christmas present to our daughter as it was you could only pre order but now she has for Christmas morning.
Bike had next to no building and is top quality. As she grows so will her early rider bikes.

A Proper Bike!
OK, this is the third Early Rider I've bought - a new drop-bar balance bike in Jan 2017, a 'like-new' 'Belter' in Feb 2019 (both passed down and still going strong), and now another new balance bike - So clearly I'm happy with the product and the company! Thing is I'm serious about my own MTB, so I can hardly buy a 'supermarket' bike for my grandchildren.

Pedals are wonderful
Pedals are wonderful, he’s much happier and confident as his feet don’t slip. However I had to buy a 1/2 to 9/16 adapter to make this work. Would have been great if the kit come with one or to have an option up front.

Exceptional bikes, and customer service
The bikes themselves are simply a league apart from other kids’ bikes, but it was Early Rider’s customer support team that impressed most. They went above and beyond to help me with a problem with a secondhand bike from them, including a discount on parts, and personal, friendly, expert advice.
