Shockingly bad!!!
1) The box arrived open. When I queried this with the customer services team to understand why, their reply was that this is completely normal!?! I went back to them and asked if they were sure that is how it left the factory to be told yes!!!
2) After 1 month I noticed some rust around the pedal crank. I removed the crank to find the wave spring washer heavily corroded. When I asked for a replacement, the customer services team said give it a clean and put it back with some grease. They are using poor quality components and seemingly have no idea what they're doing!!!
I would avoid as the quality is terrible and they don't give a monkeys once they've got your money!!!!

Follow up in response to Early Rider's response;

Having been ignored on the wave spring washer request - they have now sent a replacement out - apparently rating them badly on trustpilot seems the only way off getting their attention.

They also tried to get Trustpilot to remove my review as they flagged it as defamatory however Trustpilot rejected their request - so for the record having been accused by Early Rider of lying here is the complete email chain after sending them photos of an open box and I quote "everything is as it should be!";

We open every bike box to PDI the bike and then repackage and re-staple before shipping.
from what I can see everything is as it should be!

This has been delivered with the box completely opened with the staples pulled. Please can you;

1) find out from FedEx what has happened to this
2) provide a full packing list off all the contents and a photo of it all.
3) reserve me another bike in case this is damaged as you have said there is limited stock available.

Once I have the list and photo I will check the contents to see if anything is damaged.

I recently bought a bike for my son, it was delivered within a few days and I couldn’t be more happy with the bike! I’m going to have one happy boy at Christmas. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Brilliant service.

Update: James, an absolute legend, found out about my shipping issue and was able to connect with me (no more than 10 mins) and helped create a new shipping label to resend the bike to the right address. Crisis adverted!!!

Excellent helpful service and speedy delivery but I can't comment on the product because it was sent to my nephew as a present for his daughter. He was pleased and had no complaints

Took 10 days to receive. And asked for update and got very little info ie should be with you will check and was expecting update ie has been dispatched and tracking. But got no further response from them

I called up early rider on behalf of one of my customers, Who had been shafted by a used seller of one of their models. They were nothing but amazing. I made it very clear. Their main objective was to keep the customer happy, Even though he didn’t buy the bike from them. Can’t fault them, wicked bikes

When we wanted to repair an old model, the staff at ER dug deep into the workshop to look for spares. Great to see they are keen to mend still working bikes instead of pushing new products. We love these bikes and highly recommend them to all our friends

Myself or my little boy couldn’t be happier with the seeker 14 bike I purchased from here! The build quality and parts used are spot on. Worth every penny my son was cycling within 15 minutes which surprised me. I feel the quality of the bike played a part in that. The belt drive instead of chain works great and the lightweight frame really helps! It was also delivered really quickly. I’ll definitely be upgrading him to another early rider bike whenever he outgrows this one. Top company👌

I had a really good purchasing experience with Early Rider. I did call ahead to speak to someone who confirmed that the bike I was interested in was in stock and was available to be dispatched the same day. It arrived the following day with no issues at all. Great little bike, really good quality, lightweight and easy to operate. We are right at the top of the height range but absolutely no regrets as this is exactly what I wanted for my daughter to gain the confidence she needs before moving on to the next stage. Thanks for a great service.

Ordered the Easy-Rider and it turned up within 48 x hours. Not tried it yet so still in the box, but hopefully it lives up to expectations ! Grandaughter will tell us soon....

Early Rider does not offer bash guard to my Trail 20in. If you are to offer one spart part it should be this one. I was not offered any alternative or solution either, which would be my excpectstion to service minded companies.

Made in China - disappointed

The bike is nice. My son love it, but it is made in China which is a disapointment as it could easily be made another place given the price tag. E.g., compared to Woom

Amazing service. We ordered for our granddaughters birthday, which was the following week, the bike we wanted had just come back in stock and they sent it out the following day to ensure we had it in time. Very well made balance bike and she loves it! Thank-You 😃

What a great company.
After being let down by two other companies, ER came to the rescue to get me a bike “next day”.
I had initially been after a Mondraker Trick, or a Prevelo, as my son has outgrown his Prevelo Zulu 1. I wanted the best quality bike available which had been designed properly for young children. Having had a Prevelo, which are of unbelievable quality, I thought the ER couldn’t possibly live up to the same standards. I thought I would be disappointed. I was wrong.
I called ER and they were most helpful, and looked at all of the shipping options available to get me a Hellion 16 next day (over a weekend). They dispatched it within minutes of ordering it, and it was on its way by UPS - the best.

Receiving the bike, the quality is absolutely stunning with everything screaming premium quality and custom made for the job. The welding is clean and finished, and the bracketry is well thought out and almost a feature in itself. Fabricators have genuinely put pride into the frame. All of the fasteners are of good quality, and look like they will last without stripping like on most bikes. The pedals, handlebars and saddle are all plush, and seem to be along the lines of a bigger bike, but shrunk down to suit a child. The bike isn’t over stated or loud, it’s just quietly wreaks quality and design. Best of all, my son is over the moon with it and can’t wait to ride!

It’s great that ER has done such a good job at designing and building this bike into such a well thought out package. It’s amazing to have people who are passionate about providing a service and going that extra mile to help you out when you’re in a pinch. Well done to ER.
