I messed up and ordered the wrong paint. I emailed to let them know and without quibble, they sent me the paint I wanted with a return label for the paint previously sent.
They did not ask for further payment pending a refund for the original paint.
They didn't even ask for a contribution to postage.
This is a genuinely customer focused company!

I use their Linseed Oil Paint for exterior wood and Masonry Paint.

The latter paint ‘system’ of mixing the powder was new to me. It takes some getting used to and faith following the instructions but the result is exactly what it says it does. The outside of the house looks amazing and, fingers crossed, will continue to perform in terms of breathing.

First time user of earles paint but converted to the cause! Very easy to use after watching the help full video on the website and advice from David (tks).
Primer coat and two coats of paint gave
an excellent result on a difficult unevenly built granite stone gable wall that hopefully lasts a long time.

Still waiting for a paint sample I ordered 8 days ago. I wouldn't normally leave a review for something like this, but they sent me a link to review, so I guess they want my feedback. Personally 8 days is a long time to wait for any order, but this is now holding up the project as we want to check the paint colour before ordering. My wife took this week off to start the painting, but we'll have to order from somewhere else if this is the sort of timeframe for order fulfilment.

They did improve my delivery with an am delivery to help so all good

Very helpful on the phone, excellent paint. The professional decorators who did the whole exterior in white masonry paint were doubtful at first but then converted. Still white white after 2+ years while limewash has gone patchy.

Very pleased with the paint I ordered which was delivered promptly.

It’s a shame companies are rushing the process of slowly boiling the linseed in the air so that all the oxygen in the oil is oxidised out of the oil and it wouldn’t be flammable like this rushed way is. I don’t have any of it. Because I asked you on the Saturday that I ordered it to put a note to the post office for it to arrive at my sisters address before Friday 5/6. It arrived on that day and really because it’s not been done the traditional way it doesn’t make the wood water resistant and the quality of the product isn’t the same and I doubt they will use as it’s combustible because of the rushed process. But David in the warehouse is a lovely man but it’s not your product you’re selling it and it’s a shame there’s no company using the traditional method that keeps musical instruments lasting for centuries same with artwork.
Good quality products take time to be prepared and people who are aware of this should take the time to do and share it not the rushed way in autoclaves. Are for cleaning equipment and companies if they cared for the planet should be autoclaving the glass and only doing while the glassware retains its integrity but no it’s a throwaway society because people don’t realise we are not sterile machines and we all have good bacteria in our bodies that keep our skin young but the toxic face washes strip them away and we really should be using boiled and filtered spring water using gravity filters not reverse osmosis. It strips all nutrients off.

Delivery time unexceptionable, paid on the 4/6 still no paint 12/6 or explanation for delay in delivering a Black Lime Wash paint.
