I and my wife were absolutely delighted with Ana's visit to attend to my wife's hearing problem. Ana arrived precisely on time, and conducted the whole consultation in a very professional manner.The outcome was very successful. The ear wax was painlessly removed, restoring Helen's hearing following which she was given a complete hearing test and provided with a printout of the result. I could not recommend her service more highly.

My husband has dementia.
My husband has dementia and was very apprehensive about what would happen,but he needn't have worried as Anna explained everything to him. She is very professional and patient.she also found he had an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. Also sent a report showing before and after photos. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use again if needed.

Excellent service for the elderly
Booked for my 84 year old mum who finds it difficult to get to appointments now so this home visiting service from ear health check was great. Mum was very happy with the treatment so would definitely book again.

Needed a home-visit for my mother who…
Needed a home-visit for my mother who lives in a care home to have her ear wax removed as advised by her GP. Booked online and received a call from a friendly staff member checking the details and giving the preparation advice. The specialist arrived on time, explained everything to my mother and removed all of the ear wax. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again.

Great experience
Anna was very helpful and explained everything as she went along to my Mum who has dementia. This helped to put my mum at ease as she was really nervous about what the procedure would be.
Anna was also gentle and kept asking mum if she was okay.
I would certainly recommend this company & Anna for any future hearing problems

5 star service
The service given could not be faulted.
This was a response to an emergency call for my 89year old aunt who suddenly could not hear a sound. Living alone this made her very vulnerable. It was clear that the consultant who took the call and managed the appointment was an expert in dealing with these situations. Not only a professional but patient and kind. The result was hearing restored much to our relief. The follow up included a full report with recommendations to avoid a recurrence. Could not be happier with service.

Responsive, professional, efficient.
Called to visit my elderly father in his care home - all went very smoothly. Caring, reassuring contact by phone, very happy with the service, can highly recommend.

Home visits a massive plus.
Had been looking for somewhere to do a home visit for my mother. Came across Ear Health Check which had very good reviews, so booked an appointment. Very efficient and friendly to deal with, easy to change the appointment online. Ear technician arrived on time, was pleasant and professional and the procedure was straightforward. Follow up report sent showing before and after pictures. Would certainly recommend and use again if necessary. Many thanks.
