Very impressed. I had a home visit to my home in Lancing. Rachel removed the earwax by a painless suction machine, that had a camera so she can see exactly what she is doing. All this was done in 20 minutes. Rachel has a professional nurse manner. Very happy with the results. Would 100% recommend.

What an amazing service, Rachel had to return twice to get rid of very stubborn wax, told me what she was doing all the time. I had suffered for ages with hearing loss but now after a lot of ear drops etc have got full hearing back.
