How do we get this scam of a business shut down?
No way to reach them, no way to track, they don't deliver when they say they will, you fill a form, they don't call you back. Been waiting for 2 weeks now for my bag.

After reading some of the reviews online I was a little sceptical about Eagle Aviation as the reviews were disappointing, however I can say from my experience they delivered my suitcase promptly within the exact time frame they said they will deliver. The delivery driver was also very pleasant.

Absolute rubbish. Still haven’t had my luggage and no way of contacting them. Perhaps I need to phone the police and report it as a robbery.

There is no option to engage this company. It is engaged by your airline.
Presumably the airlines have no interest in the luggage that they have lost and just hand the problem over to Eagle Aviation. Eagle are paid by the airlines and so we the customers are not of any interest to them.
All of the negative comments apply to this company.
Comeback on them is zero so why bother with these troublesome people who have inconveniently "lost" their luggage

Eagle Aviation is a big scam.....I arrived Manchester Airport via London Heathrow on the 14th September, 2022. One of my three luggages was left behind at the Heathrow Airport. Upon reporting the missing luggage at the desk, a file reference number MANBA 54441 was given me with a promise to reunite my luggage within 48 hours. After waiting 5days without delivery of my luggage, I went back to the Airport yesterday and was told that Eagle Aviation has taken my luggage for delivery since Thursday last week (4 days ago). I was also given Eagle Aviation premium telephone number and website, both of which are not helpful. I am getting worried especially now that am reading very negative reviews from other passengers/customers. My son is getting married at this weekend and most of the wedding materials are in the luggage. I APPEAL THAT EAGLE AVIATION KINDLY DELIVER MY LUGGAGE INTACT TODAY PLEASE.

They delivered our baggages delayed severely damaged and stole all valuable items Boss shirts GhD hair dryer hair spray several tshirts hoodies dress, perfume and several others but the most shocking is used male underwear lacoste and calvin klein!!!!! This is a joke their staff is stealing even underwear! I am speechless and shocked and still find out there are more items missing. This is not pure service this is a crime place and if they do not investigate it properly then this is all just a company of thieves. But no one answers the phone or any contact per email. They should be ashamed to steal or let it happen within their company. Somebody took all stuff or better stole it!

As many have noted, they are a scam. They give a 10-hour delivery window and then do not deliver luggage within this window. Have been waiting for our luggage five days and counting. Apparently, the business model is to make money through the super expensive inquiry phone number that makes you wait (and pay) for ages listening to a recording and then the "service" person just tells you to wait and the luggage will come (it won't). I don't know who in British Airways thought it i a good idea to join this scam.

Absolute shambles of am outfit. Was told my baggage was delivered to my house 2 days after arrival-nope, nothing arrived and we had sat in all day waiting after text stating time frame. Still no sign of it 5 days later. Premium rate number for contact is an outrageous money making ploy, and I have yet had them pick up within 15 mins at 65pence a minute. British Airways are tarnishing their name being associated with this company and they need a clean sweep out the door.

They where instructed by Oman air to collect my damage bag and was told they will call to arrange a day to collect and in that day can SMS you anytime for the time slot but no they do what they want and when they want I was away from home and all of a sudden I get SMS your bag will be collected I'm like 1 hour away from home so I call the lady she say oh yeah we get them to do it today in which I call up and another lady says there is no file call Oman air in which I do and just got into bed and get a message between 8-10 pm we will collect where was the phone call to check if ok so I have had to drive 30 mins to sit in the car await till 10 as don't want them knocking when daughter has school

There’s no option to give 0 stars or I would of, we landed in Manchester on Saturday morning to be told our cases never made it on any plane and are still sat in Las Vegas. The guy in the airport said we would have them back the following day, 4 days later still no cases even after you gave us a time slot of 12 hours, I have had 2 days of work now to sit in and wait for these cases and still no joy, your contact number charges me to ring. Can’t get in contact with anyone. Shocking experience.

So when does a company charge to contact them with your enquiry ? BA should be ashamed to have anything to do with this lot.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Truly an incompetent company. Like many of the other reviews, they were unresponsive and failed to meet their own stated commitments. In an email, they said they would call me to confirm a location for the delivery of my bag. I never heard from them. They ended-up delivering my bag to the first hotel we stayed at in Edinburgh, even though I constantly updated them as to my current temporary location. Not sure what would have happened if we went back to US without stopping back in Edinburgh. Would I have ever gotten my bag back? I cannot believe that British Airways relies on them. BA should be embarrassed by their own performance and then adding insult to injury, they engage a company to address its own incompetence that is ever more incompetent and unreliable!!!!!!!!!!!

My 17 year old son flew from Australia for football trials no baggage at Manchester airport - lodged with BA who located it and was collected by Eagleaviation on 12/7 they claim they have not received it even though it is all logged - so still waiting for it to arrive with his football boots etc inside - he has waited over 2 years for this as we were banned from travelling !!!!

They have our friends bag, which arrived on 6 Jun and clearly shows on their website. One month later nothing! Tried calling on numerous occasions racking up charges as not free call, and I reckon they are making a fortune not answering. Every time after a long (49-minute) hold you get cut off. I filled in 2 x call back requests - nothing. I am going to write to the airline and the CAA to complain.

I wished there are zero starts, first a company that never take call from customers is a loser company. Company that dont get along with customers nor deliver their suitcases asap or on weekends should be called a local company not an international. I wished to collect my bag from airport atleast it would have gone faster and with dignity. Big shame

Phone number is fake.
Global Baggage Solutions says that these people picked up my bag from Aer Lingus (what ever happened to getting the bag the next day? It’s been a week) yesterday yet it still isn’t in their system.

They have a fake number on their website.

They have no way for me to contact them.

Their customer service is toast.

I will be writing each airline who uses Global Baggage Solutions and telling them exactly what I think of Eagle.

Our luggage was not transferred to our plane in Seattle. We flew in to Heathrow airport in London and were sad to see our luggage didn’t make it. Eagle aviation was on it and delivered our luggage the same day by 8 PM to our hotel. They did a great job is getting us our luggage promptly and we really appreciated it!

Dreadful company, you cannot contact,them by phone, you write to tell them of errors and they never reply and still have errors that are never corrected.

I haven’t been happy with Eagleaviation at all. Me and three colleagues lost our luggage and all suitcases were delivered after we left our hotel even though we wrote the date and time for departure in the PIR report.

Eagle Aviation collected my missing bag from Newcastle airport 24 hours ago and haven't contacted me to say when they will deliver it. No reply when calling their contact centre and no response when contacting them through their website.
