Great choice

Great choice, fast delivery. Lost a star due to no roast date on the bag and one of the bags split when I opened it. No big deal. Coffee tastes fantastic. Will be ordering more.

Best coffee!

Top quality coffee from a roaster local to us, tried other roasters but this is the best and one we always return to!

I was chatting with someone about the…

I was chatting with someone about the process of decaffeination and did not appreciate it was so complex with different methods. A search on google took me to Ethical Addictions and they explained the water based system. The resulting coffee is lovely. A great taste!

Faster as Amazon Prime

Order processing and shipment has been performed excellent and in a real good time by reliable FedEx.
Communication is during whole process good.

Speedy Customer Service

I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address in. When I called them, they quickly found my order and fixed the issue. Coffee is top notch, so will be ordering from them again

First class service …

I placed my order on line and received an email almost immediately to confirm the order. I subsequently received an email to inform me the order was being dispatched and would be delivered the following day. All I can say is thank you for providing an efficient first class product and service.
